Throughout history, humans have long dreamed of understanding what goes on inside the human mind—what people are thinking or feeling. It seemed like something from a far-off future or a magical realm. But now, thanks to amazing technology called EEG and BCI, this dream is turning into reality. EEG stands for electroencephalography. It's a way of listening to what the brain is up to by placing small sensors on or near the head. These sensors pick up tiny electrical signals produced by the brain's activity. It's like eavesdropping on the brain's conversations with itself. BCI, or Brain-Computer Interface, is like a bridge between the brain and machines. It lets the brain talk to devices or computers. This means people can control things without using their hands or voices. Our system takes advantage of EEG and BCI to create something helpful, a special mobile app. This app is designed for people who can't move their bodies, like those who are paralyzed. It helps them use their phones to express what they are thinking about.

This project is an AI fashion design system to generate fashion images based on user textual description. The proposed system incorporates advanced technology for dissemination and machine translation with the aim of facilitating a seamless user experience for input in both Arabic and English languages. Moreover, the project encompasses the incorporation of a recommendation system that proposes appropriate visual content based on user style. The primary objective of this project is to develop a robust framework capable of generating high-quality images based on textual descriptions, providing recommendations for similar clothing items, and facilitating the retrieval of photographic and apparel articles through image search.
Encyclopaedia of the History of Science, Technology, and Medicine in Non-Western Cultures
The second edition of this landmark encyclopaedia will contain approximately 1000 entries dealing in depth with the history of the scientific, technological and medical accomplishments of cultures outside of the United States and Europe. One of the most practical ways to help the Syrian citizens search for suitable and affordable houses is to build an android application for selling, buying and renting houses. This application will ease the process of searching for houses as a whole, and will benefit real estate business owners by enabling them to spread their houses’ offers online. Through exploiting the advantage of the recent wide usage of mobile-based applications by the majority of the Syrian people, we can create an application in which the users are able to post house offers, post specified orders, view posted houses details, and filter their search according to many features (i.e., price and area).
Earthquake alert with smartwatch = تنبيه الزلازل باستخدام الساعة الذكية
After the recent events and earthquakes that affected the region, resulting in the deaths of many individuals due to the lack of timely emergency response, the idea for this project emerged Earthquake Alert with Smartwatch. Initially, our application gathers information about the user, such as age, family members, and any existing medical conditions. In the event of an earthquake, the application sends an alert to the user. It receives earthquake information, such as ‘magnitude, time, location…’ from United States Geological Survey “USGS” through an API. If the user is within the geographical area affected by the earthquake, the application will assist the Smartwatch in calculating vital signs such as ‘heart rate and blood pressure’. Additionally, there is another artificial intelligence model that receives the user's audio recordings and converts them into written texts. All this information, along with the user's geographical location, will be sent to the nearest emergency point for the purpose of aiding those individuals trapped under the rubble.
Deepfake detection = اكتشاف التزييف العميق
In the rapidly evolving era of artificial intelligence, addressing the escalating threats of deepfake technology becomes a necessity because of the increasing sophistication of AI algorithms in generating deceptive content, and since it threatens the integrity of information across diverse data. The main objective is to build a sophisticated AI-driven system to detect different types of deepfake in text, audio, and images. In English text deepfake detection, multiple pre-trained tokenizers have been used, but XLNET and BERT stand out with identifying objects outside the dataset with an accuracy of 0.9809 and both have been generalized & trained using LSTM. In Arabic text deepfake detection, Arabert has been trained using LSTM which led with an accuracy of 99.53% by generalizing the model. Both English and Arabic datasets have been generated to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of the models. Audio deepfake detection has been generalized too, using Random Forest with an accuracy of 98.259%.
Cholera: The new burst
Cholera is an acute, secretory diarrhea caused by infection with Vibrio cholerae of the 01 and 0139 serogroups. Cholera is endemic in over fifty countries and causes large epidemics. The cholera disease outbreak has rapidly spread in Syria since September 2022. People are still suffering and fighting for their lives. Arabic talking heads
The need for someone to talk to about what is going on inside us while ensuring privacy has become a necessary requirement, especially since some people in our Arab societies judge people who visit a psychiatrist as mentally ill. Therefore, in this project, we propose a solution to the previous problem, where an Arabic-speaking robot, through an interactive chat application can mitigate the psychological and negative effects that humans are exposed to in various cases.

This project focuses on developing an AI Voice Dubbing application that facilitates the seamless dubbing of audio content from English to Arabic. Unlike traditional robotic voice outputs, our application ensures that the dubbed content retains the original voice characteristics, providing a natural and authentic listening experience. The system also offers users the option to select alternative output voices, including those of celebrities, or any other voice by uploading their media, providing a YouTube link, or recording audio directly. The core functionality of the application is to produce a dubbed audio file, maintaining high fidelity to the original speaker's voice tone and style, the application provides a text output of the dubbed content, which users can edit as needed to ensure accuracy and personal preference.
