Moot Court
An Applied Educational Environment for Training Law Students
The Moot Court at the Faculty of Law in Arab International University (AIU) is an applied educational platform that aims to bridge the gap between theoretical legal studies and practical application through a realistic simulation of judicial procedures. The Moot Court provides an interactive learning environment that enables students to understand litigation mechanisms and practice various legal roles within an organized academic framework.
The Moot Court allows students to train on trial procedures across their various stages, starting from preparing lawsuits and drafting legal briefs, through oral pleadings, and leading to the issuance of judgments, all in accordance with established legal principles. It also contributes to developing skills in legal analysis, critical thinking, and the formulation of legal arguments.
The Moot Court relies on diverse judicial scenarios that simulate real-world cases in various branches of law, including Civil, Criminal, Commercial, and Administrative law, under specialized academic supervision to ensure the achievement of educational and training objectives.
This applied environment contributes to preparing graduates who possess the practical competence and legal knowledge necessary to practice legal professions, enhancing their readiness to engage in the judicial and legal labor market.
