قانون الشعوب وعود إلى فكرة العقل العام
يحاول الكتاب تطوير نظرية أخلاقية وسياسية للعلاقات الدولية، بناءً على نظرية العدالة التي طورها رولز في كتابه “نظرية العدالة” (1971).فيناقش نظرية العدالة و أهمية العقل العام في العلاقات الدولية .
شريعة حمورابي
يعتبر حمورابي من أعاظم ملوك العراق القديم، فقد انصرف في أولى سنوات حكمه إلى الإصلاحات الداخلية، بدأ حمورابي قوانينه بمقدمة على غرار مقدمات شريعتي ورنمو ولبت عشتار ولكنهما قد كتبت بكثير من التفصيل إذ أنها قد ذكرت أعمال حمورابي في جميع البلدان التي خضعت لسلطانه من الخليج العربي حتى أقصى حدوده الشمالية .

يعرض الكتاب في الباب الأول لآثار شرط الاحتفاظ بالملكية فيما بين المتعاقدين، ويبين في الثاني آثار الشرط بالنسبة للغير، ويتناول فى الثالث الطبيعة القانونية للشرط. ويستهل ذلك بفصل تمهيدي يعرض فيه لمفهوم الشرط من خلال بيان دوره في عقد البيع الإئتماني ومكانته بين ضمانات البائع في استيفاء الثمن.
تقسيم الشركة من الوجهة القانونية
يتناول الكتاب مجموعة من القضايا القانونية والإجرائية المتعلقة بتقسيم الشركات و يركز على توضيح القوانين والإجراءات المتبعة في تقسيم الشركات مع تحليل معمق للآثار القانونية والمالية الناتجة عن هذه العملية.
المسنون و الخوف من الجريمة : النظرية و التطبيق
تعد الجريمة إحدى المشكلات العالمية التي تهدد النظام الاجتماعي العام ولم يعد وجودها مرتبطاً بالمجتمعات الصناعية فقط ، ويرجع ذلك إلى تعقد أساليب الحياة الاجتماعية المعاصرة وصعوبة متطلباتها، إضافة إلى التغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية كارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة وكثرة التنافس على فرص العمل، وطغيان الروح الفردية وعدم قدرة شرائح من المجتمع على تحقيق أهدافهم المقبولة اجتماعياً بطرق مشروعة وانتشار البطالة، وشيوع الفقر وتفكك العائلة الكبيرة وانتشار الجريمة ما يجعل الأفراد يخافون من أن يصبحوا ضحايا للجريمة.

إن الجريمة المنظمة تتشكل بصور معقدة من عناصر عديدة بالغة التشابك والترابط والخطورة من الجرائم المستجدة، فإن خطورتها تكمن هنا في استفحالها المطرد، وسرعة انتشارها، وقدرتها الفائقة على الانقضاض على دعائم النمو، وإفساد القيم، والتواصل الوثيق مع جرائم الفساد كالرشوة والاحتيال والغش والابتزاز وغيرها من الجرائم الأمنية والاقتصادية والإدارية باستخدام كافة وسائل الإغراء والافساد، لإشاعة الفوضى وعدم الاستقرار، والنفوذ إلى الأجهزة القضائية والأمنية والسياسية والتأثير فيها .
البعد النفسي للتفاوض
يتناول هذا الكتاب مبادئ وأساسيات علم نفس التفاوض من خلال دراسة وتفسير السلوك التفاوضي فى مختلف مواقفه، حيث أن البعد النفسي يشكل ضرورة أساسية فى عملية التفاوض لما له من أهمية فى إحداث التفاعل بين أفراد المجتمع الواحد وفي المجتمعات الدولية.
