An Integrated Campus Supporting Higher Education and Scientific Research
Arab International University (AIU) is a private Syrian university established under Presidential Decree No. 193, issued on May 6, 2005. All its study plans and issued documents are accredited and certified by the Ministry of Higher Education in the Syrian Arab Republic, ensuring educational quality and academic recognition.
The AIU campus is located on the international highway connecting Damascus and Amman, approximately 35 kilometers south of Damascus. This strategic location provides easy access and a serene educational environment suitable for study and scientific research.
The total land area of the campus is approximately 713,395 square meters, with the currently utilized area reaching nearly 350,000 square meters, following a carefully planned urban design that allows for future expansion and infrastructure development.
The campus features an integrated infrastructure that includes:

Modern University Buildings: A total floor area of approximately 100,000 square meters dedicated to teaching, applied training, and administration.

Green Spaces and Open Areas: Gardens and courtyards surrounding the buildings covering nearly 300,000 square meters, providing a comfortable and stimulating learning environment.

Advanced Sports Facilities: Including an indoor swimming pool, modern sports halls, and several outdoor and indoor courts.

Parking Facilities: Parking spaces for approximately 1,000 cars, in addition to designated parking for more than 150 university transport buses.
