Directorate of Admission, Registration, and Examinations

Introduction

The Directorate of Admission, Registration, and Examinations is the backbone of academic life at the university and the primary link between the student and the institution. A student’s journey begins here, where their academic progress is monitored and any obstacles on the path to graduation are resolved. Following graduation, students embark on their professional journeys, utilizing the sciences and skills acquired during their university years.

The Directorate provides comprehensive information regarding the university’s faculties, majors, and admission requirements, while ensuring students are well-versed in the university’s regulations and bylaws. Furthermore, the Directorate contributes to developing academic procedures to facilitate processes for students and faculty alike—most notably through the implementation of online registration and digital academic file management accessible from both inside and outside the campus.

Vision

To achieve excellence in admission and registration services by utilizing the latest advanced computer systems and strictly adhering to Total Quality Management (TQM) standards.

Mission

The Directorate is committed to providing distinguished services and facilitating all procedures related to admissions, registration, and the issuance of student documents. This is achieved through the optimal investment in modern technology, highly trained human resources, and high-quality operational protocols, while maintaining transparency, justice, and support for academic advising.
