However, the consequences of pituitary disease and treatments for the mother or fetus are still discussed by endocrinologists, gynecologists, obstetricians and pediatricians. The aim of this unique work in French is an update of our knowledge on the subject, and more particularly on the hormonal and radiological diagnosis of a hypersecretion syndrome or a pituitary insufficiency during pregnancy, as well. as for the management of patients with tumor or non-tumor pituitary pathology, wishing or having pregnancy.
