LADIES CLUB : نادي ترفيهي لسيدات الأعمال
الهدف الأساسي من المشروع أن يسهم في تلبة حاجات سيدات الأعمال المهنية والترفيهية والتعليمية والاجتماعية، لذلك تم اختيار هذا المشروع على أمل أن يكون بداية لوجود مراكز مماثلة في سورية.
Joy club
یرتكز ھذا المشروع على تصميم نادي ترفيهي مبتكر مخصص للأطفال، يهدف إلى توفیر بيئة آمنة ومحفزّة تجمع بين الترفيه والتعلمّ. يتضمن المشروع مناطق للعب التفاعلي، مساحات فنية، وحدات تعليمية مرنة، مع التركيز على الألوان المبهجة والعناصر التصميمة التي تحفزّ الخیال والإبداع. تم اعتماد مبادئ التصميم الداخلي المناسبة للفئات العمرية الصغيرة، مع مراعاة الجوانب النفسية، الوظيفية، والجمالية في تكوين الفضاءات. النادي على مساحة طابقين تتكامل فيها الأنشطة والخدمات الترفيهية. يعتمد التصميم على خلق أجواء محفزة للخيال والنشاط البدني والعقلي، ويستهدف الأطفال من مختلف الأعمار.

المشروع مساحة مكونة من أربعة طوابق مصممة لتكون عالماً نابضاً بالألوان والفرح، مستوحاة من عالم الحلوى والمارشميلو. يهدف المشروع إلى تقديم تجربة حسية وترفيهية متكاملة تجمع بين البيع، الترفيه والإبداع ضمن بيئة تبعث على البهجة والراحة النفسية. ويعد المشروع من أوائل المفاهيم المتخصصة بهذا الطابع في البلد ما يجعله وجهة فريدة تستقطب مختلف الفئات العمرية.

Telepherique Du Bludan is one of the most prominent tourist attractions that targets tourists and visitors from all over the world and it’s a unique and unconventional experience. Bludan area has a strategic location and we should give it more spotlights since it has a wonderful weather in the winter and in the summer, In order to stimulate domestic tourism, we have implemented a project to construct a cable car in the Bludan area in an entertainment complex, and this is something that does not exist in Syria and encourages tourism in the winter to transport people to heights for the possibility of enjoying snow and practicing snow activities, and in summer it can be used to transport people to the top of the height and get a beautiful view in great weather And enjoyment in outdoor activities that are not found in Syria, and this adds a competitive advantage to our project.

يسعى هذا المشروع لتطوير البلاد وذلك باستغلال واحدة من أبرز المناطق السياحية وهي اللاذقية ، نبعت فكرة المشروع من الإحساس العميق الذي يتملك كل واحد منا عندما يرى ثروات الساحل و إطلالاته الخلابة وهي تشكو من الإهمال وعدم خلق البيئة الملائمة التي تتيح للناظر التمتع بجمال هذه الثروات.
AI voice dubbing = الدبلجة الصوتية بالذكاء الاصطناعي
The advent of artificial intelligence has revolutionized numerous domains, including media and entertainment. This project focuses on developing an AI Voice Dubbing application that facilitates the seamless dubbing of audio content from English to Arabic. Unlike traditional robotic voice outputs, our application ensures that the dubbed content retains the original voice characteristics, providing a natural and authentic listening experience. The system also offers users the option to select alternative output voices, including those of celebrities, or any other voice by uploading their media, providing a YouTube link, or recording audio directly. The core functionality of the application is to produce a dubbed audio file, maintaining high fidelity to the original speaker's voice tone and style, the application provides a text output of the dubbed content, which users can edit as needed to ensure accuracy and personal preference.
