The Board of Trustees holds its first session in 2019

The Board of Trustees held on Saturday 5/1/2019 its first session for the year 2019 headed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Al Emadi and in the presence of the gentlemen:

Prof.Dr. Asif Shaheen, Member
Prof.Dr. Hussein Omran, Member
Dr. Rana Mansour, Member

Ms. Mahasen Al-Wara,member

The Board discussed a number of topics on the agenda and reviewed the University's plan to hire faculty and technical staff to fill the vacancies for the second semester 1/2018 and the important mail received from the Ministry of Higher Education.

The President of the University presented statistics on the number of enrolled students for the academic year 2018/2019 and the success rate of the mid-term exam 1/2018.

The report of the Deanship of Scientific Research and the Scientific Research Council on their work for the last quarter of 2018 was also reviewed. The Council expressed its admiration for the stage reached by the scientific research and the literature published. Dr. Emadi also thanked the Board of Directors and the University Council for their efforts in securing the requirements of educational and human resources or financial support for scientific research.

Finally, the President spoke about the preparatory steps being taken by the University to prepare for the transfer to the permanent headquarters of the University in Ghabagheb.
