Staff Mobility for teaching at University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD)

Within the scope of JAMIES ICM project an ICM staff mobility for teaching was conducted at University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD). Serene Dalati performed a staff mobility for teaching at UTAD. The first part of the ICM teaching was in the scope of behavioral management, leadership traits, behaviors and contingencies. The second part focused on presenting research in the scope of Syrian Female Researchers during Crisis:  Building Gender Specific Model. The final part of the mobility was in the scope of disseminating Syria with Lenses on History, Heritage and Culture. In addition, Dalati disseminated an Erasmus + CBHE project with the title: Female Academic Role Model Empowerment, Equality and Sustainability at Universities in Mediterranean Region: towards 2030 Agenda – FREE.
