How to obtain graduation documents:

Dear graduate students,
To ensure that no errors occur in the process of delivering documents and certificates and that these documents are impossible to reissue, the following mechanism has been adopted:
- Graduated students are given official graduation documents. They can apply to obtain certified copies of these documents at the university’s main headquarters in Ghabagib. They can use the means of transportation available by the university on one of the two trips, according to the schedule and times advertised accompanied by the university card.
- Graduated students or their relatives who find it difficult to go to the university’s main headquarters in the city of Ghabagheb can refer to the Mezzeh office while the Ministry’s representative is present in the Mezzeh office at the following times only:
Monday: from 13:30 to 15:30
Wednesday: from 13:30 to 15:30
Receipt, delivery, and submission of requests are made exclusively to the university representative to limit the liability in the interest of not losing any document.
