Summer Semester 2025–2026 Online Registration Guide

The University Administration congratulates the successful students and graduates of the second semester of 2025–2026, and welcomes students wishing to register for the Summer Semester of 2025–2026 in accordance with the following instructions:

Registration for the Summer Semester 2025.3 will commence on the morning of Saturday, 13 June 2026, at 9:30 AM for all faculties, and will remain open for 24 hours per cohort (including late registrants from previous cohorts), according to the schedule set forth below, provided that the student has no financial obligations as of 8 June 2026 and has paid the tuition deposit.

  • Transfer students may register on the day preceding their designated cohort date based on their university ID number, provided that 24 hours or more have passed since their transfer was processed.

Please note that online registration will be available to all regular students regardless of their cumulative GPA (with the exception of students who have not completed the submission of official documents; such students will not be permitted to register—whether online or in-person—until their documents are complete). All students, particularly those facing academic difficulties, are required to follow the guidelines and instructions below to improve their cumulative GPA and avoid exhausting their registration eligibility:

  1. Begin by registering for failed courses.

  2. Register for courses with conditional passing grades.

  3. Register for courses in accordance with the recommended study plan available in each faculty.

Please note that Academic Advising Committees will be available in each faculty to assist students who wish to receive academic advice and guidance.

  • Students expecting to graduate at the end of the 2025.3 semester are advised to expedite their course registration on the first day of the designated registration period to secure their seats before slots are filled.

  • Students may add or drop courses directly during the registration period only, via the electronic portal.

  • All students are kindly requested to adhere to the registration dates specified above according to their university ID numbers, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the registration process on the electronic portal. Please note that students will not be able to register outside their designated period.

Registration Terms and Conditions:

  • The student must have no outstanding financial obligations from previous semesters and must pay the tuition deposit no later than 8 June 2026.

Please note that the financial hold will not be lifted after the payment deadline of 8 June 2026. Any student who has not paid by this date will be considered delinquent and will be denied registration on their designated day; such students will be permitted to register only on the day allocated for late registrants, in accordance with the decision of the University Council. Students who are delinquent in payment as of 8 June 2026, or who register on 17 June 2026 as indicated above, will be subject to a late fee of 10% of the due tuition installment.

Academic Load (Number of Credit Hours Permitted for Registration): Pursuant to Article 18 of the Unified Academic Calendar and Examination Regulations issued by the Higher Education Council under Resolution No. 21 of 2014, students in all faculties are permitted to register the number of credit hours specified in the following table (unless the student is subject to remedial studies):

Academic Load for Students Expected to Graduate at the End of the 2025.3 Semester: Students expected to graduate at the end of the 2025.3 semester may register for a maximum of 12 credit hours—either online or in-person (through the faculty)—pursuant to Higher Education Council Resolution No. 21 of 2014.

Important Note: Students expecting to graduate at the end of the 2025.3 semester may not register for 12 credit hours (graduation load) if they are enrolled in remedial studies; in such cases, the maximum academic load shall be 6 credit hours.

To successfully complete the registration process, please follow these instructions:

  • Students who have failed more than two compulsory courses must begin by registering for the failed courses (in order to improve their cumulative GPA and to enable them to enroll in additional courses in subsequent semesters).

  • Students who have successfully completed Level 3 of English are advised to register for the Academic Writing and Research (AWR) course.

  • Students facing obstacles that prevent them from completing the registration process correctly—such as the following cases:

    • Inability to register for all courses they wish to take and are systemically permitted to take.

    • Inability to register for a remedial English course due to scheduling conflicts.

    • Inability to complete online registration due to technical reasons.
