Halabi Pharma/ Sona honors a group of distinctive students at the Faculty of Pharmacology

A training program for eight trainees of Arab International University (AIU) students was proposed within a framework of mutual cooperation between Training and Development Department at AIU and the administration of Halabi Pharma/ Sona Company. The training was done with a view to qualifying trainees and supporting them with necessary skills needed for the labor market. The trainees have undergone an intensive training program for a month during which they have been trained on a daily basis theoretically and practically on principles and methods of marketing in pharmacology, and sales for different types in the company.

Trainees have also been trained on various important life skills such as negotiation skills, communication skills, body language, creative thinking skills, dealing with customers, and problem solving skills. It is worth mentioning that Halabi Pharma/ Sona Company has recently hired four of the university graduates whose performance proved their high level of knowledge, commitment and professionalism. Trainees who completed their training successfully were honored and given certificates of attendance by the company which also gave a certificate of appreciation to Dr. Jihad Jacob Yaqoub, the director of Training and Development Department at AIU who led the program directly
