Prof. Dr. Ahmad khaldi
Dr. Khaldi is a professor of Marketing and Management, with over twenty years of academic and professional experience in universities and educational institutions in the United Kingdom, Australia, Kuwait, and Syria. He holds a PhD in Marketing and Management from the University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom, following an MBA from Jordan and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Damascus. He also holds several professional qualifications in training and assessment from accredited Australian institutions.
Dr. Khaldi has taught a wide range of management and marketing courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has actively participated in numerous scientific and academic committees. He has also served as an external reviewer for several international scientific journals published by Elsevier and Emerald and as a member of the editorial board of several academic peer reviewed international journals.
Dr. Khaldi has published numerous research papers in the fields of marketing, consumer behavior, leadership, and digital technologies, and has participated in prestigious scientific conferences at world-renowned universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard. In 2017, Dr. Khaldi was awarded a significant academic research grant by the Kuwait Banking Association to study customer experience in e-banking in Kuwait.
Dr. Khaldi is a member of several professional and academic associations of marketing and consumer behavior, in addition to academia; he is also recognized as a prominent international consultant and trainer of management and marketing. His research interests focus on digital marketing, customer experience, consumer behavior, cross-cultural research, responsible leadership, organizational behavior, institutional innovation, and research methodologies in marketing and management.
