Mr. Mohammad Altunisi
He holds a Master’s degree in Law from Damascus University and a Master’s degree in International Humanitarian Law from the Syrian Virtual University, following his undergraduate degree in Law from Damascus University. He is currently preparing a doctoral thesis titled: "Contractual Regulation of Force Majeure in Long-Term Contracts – A Comparative Study."
Alongside his professional work, he maintains a distinguished academic career as a lecturer at the Arab International University and Al-Qalamoun Private University. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Syrian Ministry of Justice Housing Association.
He has participated in advanced professional workshops and courses, including a workshop on International Humanitarian Law in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross, as well as courses in commercial and Sharia arbitration.
