Dr. Hussam Fiesal
A Syrian academic and administrator holding a Ph.D. in Administrative and Financial Sciences from the Faculty of Law at Damascus University, specializing in Administrative Contracts. With over 25 years of experience in university administration, he has held several positions including Contracts Director at Damascus University and Director of Administrative and Legal Affairs at the Syrian Virtual University, in addition to managing various departments such as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Arts.
Dr. Hossam is also actively engaged in academia, teaching Administrative Contracts courses to master's students at Damascus University, as well as serving as an instructor at the Arab International University and the Syrian Virtual University. He has delivered a number of specialized training courses in the field of Administrative Contracts for public entities and the Damascus Chamber of Commerce, establishing himself as a distinguished expert in this field.
