Gastroesophagal reflux disease (GERD)
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a common disease with a high prevalence worldwide and a great socioeconomic burden. GERD is a multifactorial disease in which anatomical and functional factors both play a pathogenetic role.
