This project constitutes a comprehensive complex consisting of a celebration hall spanning two underground floors. Above it, there is a car garage, and on the ground floor, a space is designated for commercial stores. Above these stores, there is a seven-story hotel, and on the ground floor of the hotel, the project features a swimming pool.
