The scientific committee of the conference will play the role of a panel to examine research papers submitted to the conference. Submitted research papers will be double–blind reviewed by members of the scientific committee and conference committee. The double – blind review will insure objective, scientific and ethical standards of research. The review committee will be assigned specific time to accomplish the review process. Submissions could also be either in Arabic or English languages. The standard of English will be carefully examined. Therefore authors are advised to perform English proof reading for research papers prior to submission.
