Student Affairs Directorate – Arab International University
The Student Affairs Directorate at the Arab International University (AIU) embodies the university’s vision of providing a supportive educational environment that enables students to achieve academic and personal excellence. The Directorate aims to develop students’ personalities, guide them in managing their time effectively, and make productive use of their free time through activities, clubs, student competitions, and purposeful events.
The Directorate also provides administrative, educational, psychological, and physical support and guidance to ensure students experience campus life within the framework of proper conduct, mental and physical well-being, and academic engagement.
Objectives of the Student Affairs Directorate
- Identify and develop students’ interests and talents in scientific, cultural, intellectual, and athletic fields.
- Encourage teamwork, volunteerism, and the use of students’ skills to serve the university and the broader community, including practical experiences in collaboration with civil society organizations.
- Promote student experience exchange through local, regional, and international exchange programs.
- Enhance students’ organizational and management skills through participation in student clubs across multiple disciplines.
- Foster national belonging and community service through collaboration with social organizations within the framework of comprehensive development.
- Organize university and student activities and strengthen human relations between students, faculty, and staff.

Student Activities and Clubs Office
- Organizes all cultural, scientific, athletic, and artistic activities within the university.
- Manages various student clubs and their competitions and programs to promote student engagement and participation.
Student Services Office
- Provides administrative and logistical support to students, including daily facilitation and assistance in resolving academic and administrative issues.
- Ensures students’ rights are upheld and that they have access to all university services.
Alumni Office
- Monitors and supports graduates in professional and academic matters.
- Establishes a communication network between alumni and the university to strengthen professional relations and collaboration opportunities.
Student Office
- Represents students and communicates their suggestions and feedback to university administration.
- Coordinates official student activities and encourages participation in decision-making processes.
Conduct and Discipline Office
- Monitors student behavior and ensures compliance with university rules and regulations.
- Provides guidance and counseling to maintain a safe and healthy educational environment for all.
