عوارض الأهلية وأثرها في الطلاق في قانون الأحوال الشخصية السوري Impediments to legal capacity and their impact on divorce in Syrian personal status law
يدور محور هذا البحث حول عوارض الأهلية؛ إذ من المعلوم أن الإنسان ببلوغه عاقلاً راشداً يكتسب الأهلية الكاملة بنوعيها الوجوب والأداء، ولكن لما كان الإنسان معرضاً لحدوث أمور طارئة تعتري حياته، فقد وضع الشرع الإسلامي أحكاماً تنسجم مع تلك العوارض، سواء في العقود التي يجريها أو عموم التصرفات التي تصدر عنه بالتزامن مع تلك العوارض، وهو الأمر الذي سار عليه القانون السوري أيضاً تبعاً للشريعة الإسلامية.

تناول المشروع قضيّة إعادة الإعمار بما ينسجم مع الهوية الثقافية والاجتماعية للسكان، مع السعي لتأمين مساكن جديدة للأهالي الذين فقدوا بيوتهم جرّاء الحرب، بحيث يحصل كل فرد على سكن كريم يناسب واقعه وظروفه. واعتمد التصميم مبادئ الخصوصية والاستدامة عبر زيادة المساحات الخضراء، وتطبيق حلول بيئية تقلّل استهلاك الطاقة وتحسّن المناخ المحلي. كما جرى تنويع أنماط السكن لتلبية احتياجات مختلف الفئات، خصوصًا ذوي الدخل المحدود، مع الحفاظ على جودة التصميم وملاءمته للسياق المحلي.وجاءت الارتفاعات منخفضة احترامًا لرغبة السكان ورفضهم للبناء البرجي، مما أسهم في خلق نسيج عمراني هادئ ومنسجكما خُصّصت حركة السيارات على الأطراف فقط، بينما خُصصت المساحة الداخلية بالكامل لممرات المشاة، إلى جانب ممر خاص للدراجات يشجع على التنقّل النشط والمستدام.وبحكم قرب الموقع من نهر بردى، تمّ جرّ خط مائي ممتد داخل الشريحة، واستُخدم في تشكيل مسطّحات مائية تساهم في تحسين البيئة المناخية وتعزيز جودة الحياة.
Zoonosi e sanità pubblica : Un approccio interdisciplinare per un problema emergente = Zoonosis and Public Health: An Interdisciplinary Approach to an Emerging Problem
Zoonoses, that is, naturally transmissible infections between other animal species and man, are now an emerging problem, even in developed countries. Climate change, human migration flows, growth in international trade and wars favor both the re-emergence of diseases considered rare and the introduction of potentially pathogenic organisms into new geographical areas. For most of these pathologies, however, the majority of health professionals - starting with general practitioners - often do not have appropriate and up-to-date knowledge and tools. The text aims to provide medical personnel - and primarily general practitioners - with both a scientific and regulatory framework and a series of specific and practical information on individual pathologies. This volume is intended to be an operational tool also aimed at encouraging multidisciplinary collaboration and the exchange of information, in particular between doctors and veterinarians.

The premise that writing is a socially-situated act of interaction between readers and writers is well established. This volume first, corroborates this premise by citing pertinent evidence, through the analysis of written texts and interactive writing contexts, and from educational settings across different cultures from which we have scant evidence. Secondly, all chapters, though addressing the social nature of writing, propose a variety of perspectives, making the volume multidisciplinary in nature. Work, Subjectivity and Learning : Understanding Learning through Working Life
This shift acknowledges a broader set of workplace factors that shape workers’ learning and development. Yet equally, it acknowledges that this learning through engagement is also necessarily shaped by the diverse ways that individuals elect to engage or participate in workplace activities. Central here is the issue of individuals’ subjectivity and how this is shaped by but shapes engagement in work and, therefore, what learning flows from their participation. It is in considering the relations among subjectivity, learning and work that it is possible to advance both the conceptual and procedural bases for understanding learning through and for working life. Moreover, the focus on relations among subjectivity, work and learning represents a point of convergence for diverse disciplinary traditions and practices that are provided by the book’s contributors.

We show the practical use of wikis in carrying out projects for users as well as for maintainers. This includes a step-by-step introduction to wiki philosophy, social effects and functions, a survey of their controls and components, and the installation and configuration of the wiki clones MediaWiki and TWiki. In order to exemplify the possibilities of the software, we use it as a project tool for planning a conference.
