Dietary interventions for human general and oral health and disease reduction
Nutrition is considered an integral part of health and oral health in terms of treatment and prevention. Thus, different strategies should be employed, as described in this Special Issue, including weight management and control, the incorporation of probiotics, prebiotics, and dietary supplementation. This Special Issue reprint also covers the aspects of dental and oral health impacting systemic health and quality of life. Hence, risk factors and health behaviors have been identified and discussed. The significance of this Special Issue reprint has been outlined by examining and exploring the effects of diet and nutrition on health and oral health issues that affect well-being and quality of life.
Diasporic Hallyu : The Korean Wave in Korean Canadian Youth Culture
This book examines the lived experiences of diasporic Korean youth in light of the transnational flows of South Korean popular culture, known as the Korean Wave, or Hallyu. Drawing on an ethnographic study of Korean Canadian youth and their engagement with the Korean Wave, the book proposes a critical understanding of the interactions between diasporic youth audiences and popular culture.

Diagnosis and Fault-Tolerant Control
The book presents effective model-based analysis and design methods for fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control. Architectural and structural models are used to analyse the propagation of the fault throughout the process, to test the fault detectability and to find the redundancies in the process that can be used to ensure fault tolerance. Design methods for diagnostic systems and fault-tolerant controllers are presented for processes that are described by analytical models, by discrete-event models or that can be dealt with as quantised systems. Development of breast cancer therapy and gender
Breast cancer is a disease in which abnormal cells in the breast tissues multiply and form an invasive (or malignant) tumor. Such tumors can invade and damage the tissue around them and spread to other parts of the body through the lymphatic or vascular systems. We will describe in our study several types of breast cancer, since they are classified into two main categories: “invasive” and “non-invasive,” or in situ. While invasive cancer has spread from the breast ducts or glands to other parts of the breast, non-invasive cancer has not spread from the original tissue. Our study will focus on the best tests that examine the breasts which are used to detect and diagnose breast cancer: Physical exam and health history, Clinical breast exam (CBE), Mammogram, Ultrasound exam, MRI (magnetic resonance imaging), Blood chemistry studies and Biopsy. We will include the value of such tests after breast cancer has been diagnosed, to find out if cancer cells have spread within the breast or to other parts of the body.

Determinants of audit fees : Evidence from Syria
Examines different factors that determine the value of audit fees in Syria. We test the impact of many factors related to audit firm as (audit report type, auditor type, audit firm market share and audit firm rotation) and factors related to client of audit firm (type, size, age and profitability) on the amounts of audit fees. To achieve that goal, the study depends on a practical study ; by extracting an actual data of the 24 companies listed at Damascus Securities Exchange (DSE) for the years 2016-2022. The extracted data were then analyzed by SPSS using descriptive statistics, simple linear regression test, and ANOVA test to examine the research hypothesis.
