الاحتيال المعلوماتي في التشريع السوري و المقارن
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع جريمة الاحتيال المعلوماتي كإحدى الجرائم الحديثة التي ظهرت نتيجة التقدم التكنولوجي واستخدام الإنترنت على نطاق واسع، وهنا تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان مفهوم جريمة الاحتيال المعلوماتي من خلال التطرق إلى كل من خصائص هذه الجريمة والبعض من صورها وبيان أركانها، واستعراض كيفية تعامل المشرع السوري مع هذه الجريمة، وكيف واكب المشرع السوري التطورات التي طرأت على جريمة الاحتيال المعلوماتي من حيث الإجراءات والعقوبة ومقارنتها مع بعض تشريعات دول أخرى.

تتناول الدراسة مفهوم الجريمة الدولية و أركانها وثم البحث في وسائل مكافحة الجريمة الدولية والتنظيم القانوني للإجراءات المتعلقة بها ومن ثم دراسة بعض أنواع الجرائم الدولية كجرائم الإرهاب و الاجرام المنظم العابر للحدود و الجرائم ضد الإنسانية .

يمثل هذ المشروع إعادة إحياء استراتيجية لأرض كيوان ، واحدة من آخر المساحات الخضراء الكبرى في قلب دمشق ، والتي تقع بمحاذاة حديقة تشرين .ويسعى المشروع إلى تحويل هذا الموقع إلى مركز حضري متنوع يخدم المدينة وأهلها من خلال دمج الفعاليات الثقافية ، البيئية ، التعليمية ضمن فراغات عامة نابضة بالحياة . تبرز الفكرة أهمية المشروع كمنصة داعمة للطلبة الموهوبين ، عبر خلق بيئة محفزة للإبداع والتفاعل المجتمعي ويتيح فرص اقتصادية وتنموية مستدامة دون المساس بهوية المكان أو طبيعته الخضراء . يعكس التصميم رؤية معمارية تحترم تاريخ الأرض وتعيد الاعتبار للفراغات العامة كأولوية في التخطيط الحضري مساهماً في صنع مدينة أكثر توازناً ، انفتاحاً و انتماءً

إن الأحكام القضائية تقوم على افتراض أساسي مفاده أن الأحكام هي عنوان للحقيقة ولكن لا يخفى ما في هذا الافتراض من تحكم فقد يكون الحكم مجانبا للصواب بالنسبة الى الخصوم من حيث أدلته الواقعية أو حجيته القانونية ومتعدياً إلى غير الخصوم في الدعوى وماساً بحقوقهم لذلك كان الطعن بطريق الاعتراض بالنسبة إلى الغير الوسيلة القانونية المتاحة له ليطلب من القضاء إعادة النظر في الخصومة بقدر ما يمس الحكم حقوقه أو يتعدى عليه لأن الخصومة تنقضي بين أطراف الدعوى بالحكم الذي تصدره المحكمة، لذا يكون من المنطقي إعطاء الغير الخارج عن الخصومة حق الطعن في الحكم الماس بحقوقه أو المتعدي إليه

Zinc Finger Proteins: From Atomic Contact to Cellular Function
The scientists discovered a novel domain associated with zinc, and named this domain "zinc finger. " The number of proteins with similar zinc fingers grew quickly and these proteins are now called C2H2, Cys2His2 or classical zinc finger proteins. To date, about 24,000 C2H2 zinc finger proteins have been recognized. Approximately 700 human genes, or more than 2% of the genome, have been estimated to encode C2H2 finger proteins. From the beginning these proteins were thought to be numerous, but no one could have predicted such a huge number. Perhaps thousands of scientists are now working on C2H2 zinc finger proteins fi-om variou s viewpoints. This field is a good example of how a new science begins with the insight of a few scientists and how it develops by efforts of numerous independent scientists, in contrast to a policy-driven scientific project, such as the Human Genome Project, with goals clearly set at its inception and with work performed by a huge collaboration throughout the world. As more zinc finger proteins were discovered, several subfamilies, such as C2C2, CCHC, CCCH, LIM, RING, TAZ, and FYVE emerged, increasing our understanding of zinc fingers. The knowledge was overwhelming. Moreover, scientists began defining the term "zinc finger" differently and using various names for identical zinc fingers.
