جريمة السرقة المعلوماتية وإساءة الائتمان المعلوماتية Cybercrime and electronic breach of trust
تعد السرقة المعلوماتية وإساءة الأمانة المعلوماتية من الجرائم المعاقب عليها في القانون السوري بموجب المرسوم التشريعي رقم 17 لعام 2012 المتعلق بتنظيم التواصل على الشبكة ومكافحة الجريمة المعلوماتية، حيث تُعرّف السرقة المعلوماتية بأنها الدخول غير المشروع إلى نظام معلوماتي أو نسخ أو نقل أو استخدام بيانات إلكترونية دون إذن، وتُعاقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى سنتين وبالغرامة المالية، أما إساءة الأمانة المعلوماتية فتتمثل في استغلال شخص لصلاحياته أو الثقة الممنوحة له للوصول إلى معلومات رقمية ثم استخدامها بشكل يضر بالغير أو يخالف الغرض المخصص لها

في هذا البحث ، سنوضح تعريف الابتزاز في قوانين محل الدراسة ،وأنواعه والأركان القانونية لجريمة الابتزاز، مع تقديم أمثلة واقعية، وإرشادات مفصلة حول كيفية التصرف عند التعرض لمثل هذه الجرائم.حيث إن جريمة الابتزاز جريمة خطيرة يجب مواجهتها بحزم، وذلك من خلال التشريعات الوضعية الصارمة، بحيث يمكن حماية الأفراد من هذه الجريمة، والحد من انتشارها.

النظام القانوني لاندماج الشركات التجارية The legal framework for the merger of commercial companies
الأصل أن كل شركة قائمة بذاتها ولها شخصيتها القانونية المستقلة، تقوم بأداء مشروعها الذي وجدت من أجله، وفي حال تعرضت للإفلاس، يتم شهر إفلاسها ثم حلها وتصفيتها عن طريق إجراءات محددة ذكرها القانون، لكن في حال كانت الشركة تريد تجنب الحل والتصفية وهي على حافة الإفلاس، فتلجأ إلى نظام قانوني هام جداً وهو اندماج الشركات التجارية حيث تندمج عن طريق الضم ، لذلك تم تفصيل مفهوم الاندماج حسب قانون الشركات السوري رقم 29 لعام 2011.
الإطار القانوني لحل وتصفية الشركات التجارية The legal framework for dissolution and liquidation the commercial companies
يُعد حل الشركة التجارية وتصفية أموالها المرحلة الأخيرة من وجودهـا القـانوني، ويتم الحل باتفاق الشركاء أو بحكم القانون أو بقرار قضائي. ويترتب عليه توقف الشركة عن مزاولة نشاطها والدخول في مرحلة التصفية التي تهدف إلى تسديد الديون وتقسيم الفائض بين الشركاء بحسب نسب مشاركتهيُعيَّن المُصفي باتفاق الشركاء أو مـن قبـل المحكمة في حال عدم التوافق، وتخضع أعماله لإشراف القضاء، خاصةً عنـد وجـود نزاعات أو حقوق للغير، ضمانًا لحماية الحقوق وتحقيق العدالة.
اعتراض الغير في القانون السوري Third-party opposition in Syrian law
إن الأحكام القضائية تقوم على افتراض أساسي مفاده أن الأحكام هي عنوان للحقيقة ولكن لا يخفى ما في هذا الافتراض من تحكم فقد يكون الحكم مجانبا للصواب بالنسبة الى الخصوم من حيث أدلته الواقعية أو حجيته القانونية ومتعدياً إلى غير الخصوم في الدعوى وماساً بحقوقهم لذلك كان الطعن بطريق الاعتراض بالنسبة إلى الغير الوسيلة القانونية المتاحة له ليطلب من القضاء إعادة النظر في الخصومة بقدر ما يمس الحكم حقوقه أو يتعدى عليه لأن الخصومة تنقضي بين أطراف الدعوى بالحكم الذي تصدره المحكمة، لذا يكون من المنطقي إعطاء الغير الخارج عن الخصومة حق الطعن في الحكم الماس بحقوقه أو المتعدي إليه

War related neuropsychological disease: Epilepsy
Among the consequences of war, the impact on the mental health of the civilian population is one of the most significant. Studies of the general population show a definite increase in the incidence and prevalence of mental disorders. Women are more affected than men. Other vulnerable groups are children, the elderly and the disabled. Prevalence rates are associated with the degree of trauma, and the availability of physical and emotional support. The use of cultural and religious coping strategies is frequent in developing countries. Epilepsy is a chronic non communicable disease of the brain that affects people of all ages. Around 50 million people worldwide have epilepsy, making it one of the most common neurological diseases globally. Nearly 80% of people with epilepsy live in low- and middle-income countries, it is estimated that up to 70% of people living with epilepsy could live seizure- free if properly diagnosed and treated.

The new in peptic ulcer
Peptic ulcer can be defined as mucosal lesions that penetrate the muscularis mucosae layer and form a cavity surrounded by acute and chronic inflammation. It continues to be a source of significant morbidity and mortality worldwide. Approximately two-thirds of patients found to have peptic ulcer disease are asymptomatic. In symptomatic patients, the most common presenting symptom of peptic ulcer disease is epigastric pain, which may be associated with dyspepsia, bloating, abdominal fullness, nausea, or early satiety.
The Impact of Announcements on Stock Return at Damascus Securities Exchange : An Empirical Study
Announcements represent an important source of information to investors at stock exchanges and they are the center of the tests of market efficiency at the semi-strong level. Damascus Securities Exchange (DSE) extensively publish announcements on variety of topics that range from dividends to changes in boards. This study examines the effect of four types of announcements on stock returns for companies listed at DSE for the period from 2020 to 2021. The aim of this study is to find out whether there are tatistically significant abnormal Cumulative Abnormal Returns (CAR) before and after the announcement which is in essence a test for the semi-strong as well as the strong form of market efficiency of the DSE.

Target Cancer Therapy
