يتحدث البحث بشكل أساسي على الأدلة الرقمية، وهي أدلة تُستخرج من الأجهزة الإلكترونية مثل الحواسيب والهواتف أو تُشتق من المعلومات الرقمية المتناثرة عبر شبكات الإنترنت، الهدف هو مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي السريع للجريمة عبر تطوير أدوات قانونية وتقنية خاصة بهذه الجرائم ، نظراً لقدرة الجناة على إخفاء الأدلة الرقمية وتعقيدها.
في الفن المعماري الاسلامي : نماذج من تشكيل العمارة الدينية
حملت العمارة الإسلامية العديد من القراءات والعديد من القيم والمبادئ المعمارية والزخرفية لكل العصور التي مرت بها فسجلت تاريخها وحفرت أساسها من خلال مفرداتها ونقوشها حتى ما استخدم من زخارف لم تعرفها الحضارات الأخرى من قبل ، واستوعبت جميع الأنماط المعمارية والزخرفية ومعظم ضروب الفن التشكيلي؛ من ثم فإن هذا الكتاب جاء. ليستعرض نماذج من فنون العمارة الإسلامية، وخاصة الدينية، وذلك للوقوف على عظمة وإرث هذه الأمة، ساردا تاريخ الإبداع الفني للعمارة الدينية في الإسلام من خلال ما وقفت عليه الدراسات العلمية والتاريخية.
تخطيط المدن في العمارة الإسلامية : فكر وفنون
يهدف الكتاب تتبع التحولات العمرانية التي مرت بها المدينة والعمارة الإسلامية منذ نشأتها حتى الآن، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى الأنماط العمرانية التي شهدتها عمارة المدن الإسلامية عبر العصور المختلفة، مع بيان الأسس والمعايير وخصائص التخطيط والتحولات العمرانية للمدينة الإسلامية بشكل عام، حيث وجد أن هناك ملامح عمرانية مشتركة تتميز بها المدينة الإسلامية أهمها وجود المسجد كمركز للنشاط الديني والسياسي وتنتهي إليه الأنشطة التجارية والإدارية، ومنها التركيب العمراني الذي يعكس التركيب الاجتماعي للسكان والذي يظهر في تقسيمات المدينة إلى إحياء أو حارات، وعلى هذا قام هذا الكتاب بدراسة وافية لكافة جوانب نشأة المدن الإسلامية كالبصرة والكوفة والفسطاط والقيروان وبغداد والقاهرة، وبيان كيفية تخطيطها، وأثر العوامل البيئية والمناخ في تكوينها، وكيف تأثرت الحضارات الأخرى بالعمارة الإسلامية.

يقدم إضاءة حول العمارة الإسلامية في مصر فناً وتاريخاً للبحث عن هوية العمارة باعتبار أن هذا بحث أيضاً عن هوية الأمة. كما أوضح هذا الكتاب كيف أن فن العمارة يكشف عن هوية الأمة التي أنتجت هذا الفن أو ذاك ولذلك فإن قراءة تاريخ العمارة يجب أن تبدأ بقراءة تاريخ حضارة الأمة، لأن بناء العمارة هو جزء من كيان الأمة. كذلك وقف الكتاب على جوانب العمارة الإسلامية كافة وعمائرها المتنوعة وجمال فلسفتها فضلًا عن تأمل مفردات التشكيل المعماري الإسلامي واستعراض الأمثلة الشاهدة على مدى تطور و رقي هذه الحضارة بطراز معماري فريد أخذت عنه الحضارات الغربية والشرقية. اشتمل الكتاب على سبعة فصول أساسية، تناول الأول قيام الخلافة المصرية في مصر وظهور مصطلح العمارة الإسلامية، وفني الزخرفة والعمارة الإسلامية. في حين تطرق الفصل الثاني إلى أسس فنون هذه العمارة والعوامل المؤثرة فيها. وتحدث الثالث عن بناء المدينة في الحضارة الإسلامية، أهم العوامل المناخية المؤثرة على الشكل المعماري وعناصر المعالجات المناخية في المباني السكنية. وخصص الفصل الرابع لطرز العمارة الإسلامية في مصر. وجاء الخامس لبيان العمارة الإسلامية في عصر الولاة، العصر الطولوني، الدولة الإخشيدية، الفاطمي والأيوبي والمملوكي والعثماني. وعرج الفصلين السادس والسابع على خصائصها وأنواعها سواء العمارة الدينية، العسكرية، المنشآت التجارية والاقتصادية وبيان مدى تأثر الحضارات الأخرى بالعمارة الإسلامية.

القصور في العمارة الإسلامية
اهتم العرب المسلمون ببناء دور الإمارة والقصور بعد أن اتسعت دولتهم وتوطدت أقدامهم في الأقاليم بعد الفتوحات الإسلامية، حيث خرجت فكرة الاهتمام بالمباني، وخاصة القصور بعد أن خفت حدة الفتوحات الاسلامية، وبعد أن أخلد معظم العرب الى الاستقرار، ولم تخرج هذه الفكرة إلى حيز الوجود إلا في أيام الخليفة الثالث عثمان بن عفان، حيث بدأت الثروات تتدفق من كل صوب، وبدأ العرب يخرجون من بداوتهم ويستبدلون دورهم القديمة البسيطة بقصور فخمة، وكانت القصور ودور الإمارة تجاور جوامع المدن الاسلامية الأولى في البصرة والكوفة في حين احتلت القلب أو المركز في مدينة بغداد وأصبحت الجوامع هي المجاورة لها، أما القصور الخاصة فكانت تقع في أغلب الأحيان على أطراف المدينة، وعلى ضوء ذلك يدور محور هذا الكتاب. حيث يضم هذا الكتاب بين دفتيه مختارات بحثية لمجموعة من أشهر الباحثين والعلماء الذين كتبوا في مجال" القصور في العمارة الإسلامية" ، حيث تميزت تلك الابحاث بسهولة الصياغة ودقة المعلومة وجمال الوصف.

يستعرض خصائص وسمات وأشكال العمارة عبر التاريخ خاصة العمارة الإسلامية، حيث أوضح أن شكل العمارة يختلف حسب الغرض منها، وفيه بيّن خصائص وسمات العمارة في (العبادة ، المعيشة، الدخل ، الحكم، اللهو والتعليم)، متجولا بالحديث عن ميدان القديس مرقص، مختتما بعرض بعض المصطلحات المعمارية .

دراسة العمارة الدينية الإسلامية في محافظة البحيرة في القرن الثالث عشر والرابع عشر للهجرة، وذلك من خلال ثلاثة أبواب: الباب الأول والثاني يحتويان على الدراسة الوصفية المعمارية والفنية لمساجد وأضرحة البحيرة في القرنين 13 و14 هـ، وكذلك العناصر المعمارية والفنية الباقية من المنشآت المندرسة. أما الباب الثالث فقد خصص للدراسة التحليلية، وبه أربعة فصول. الأول منها لدراسة طرز تخطيط المنشآت الدينية بالبحيرة في هذين القرنين، والفصل الثاني يحتوي على دراسة تحليلية للعناصر المعمارية والفنية بهذه المنشآت مع بعض المقارنات بالقاهرة والأقاليم وتأصيل لهذه العناصر. والفصل الثالث خصص لدراسة التحف الفنية المنقولة وتأصيلها. أما الرابع فهو خاص بدراسة الزخارف والكتابات.
Timing and Temporality in Islamic Philosophy and Phenomenology of Life
From time immemorial, concern with timing of life has been crucial for the regulation of human praxis as well as for the philosophical quest to understand existence by seeking its meaning. The two used to inform each other, until modernity, when they parted. In spite of the extensive progress in manipulating change and motion, and of the abundance of metaphysical attempts to enlighten human beings about their fate, the puzzling nature of temporality and timing of reality remains controversial. The present collection of studies seeks a new answer by initiating a novel investigation informed by the ancient wisdom of the Greaco-Arabic-Islamic sources and inheritance, on the one side, and the contemporary discernment of Occidental phenomenology of life, on the other, in a common dialogical effort to unravel this great enigma of existence.
The role of six sigma culture in supporting the organizational culture in Syrian banks
Aims to try to try to highlight on the impact of the new administrative methodologies (six sigma) on the culture of a sample of banks in Syria (the International Islamic Bank and Al-Sharq Bank) and the extent of the banks' willingness to apply the Six Sigma approach. The results of the comparison between the two banks showed that there were statistically significant differences between the two banks in favor of Syria International Islamic Bank, as it has more six sigma components in all cultures than the components of Al Sharq Bank.

Investigates the history of Arabian sūqs from their pre-Islamic beginnings to the present. Collecting evidence from archaeological ruins, Islamic towns, modern cities, Arabic poetry, philosophical debates, political conflicts, puppet shows and the insights of modern-day market-goers, the book presents new and unforeseen interpretations of the Arabian sūq’s meaning and its transformation through time and place. The finding that such meaning is tied to ancient trade rituals, where temple and market presented a holistic socio-urban unit, re-questions some instrumental assumptions regarding the value of sūq-ness in Arabia’s everyday practices. Such a finding, which locates the fadaā/tareeq duality as a central theme in Arabia’s socio-urban discourse, emphasizes the importance of lived experiences and poetics as key sources for understanding socio-urban phenomena.

The Kaiser's Mosques : Islamic Architecture and Orientalizing Style in Habsburg Bosnia, 1878–1918
Highlights an understudied experiment at the intersection of 19th-century European and Islamic architectural histories. It draws attention to a body of buildings designed by architects trained in Central Europe for use by Muslims in Habsburg ruled Bosnia-Herzegovina (1878-1918). They include mosques, madrasas, and other buildings corresponding to a traditional Islamic formal and functional typology. The composition and decoration, however, is the product of 19th-century European His toricist conduct. It became a prominent style for town halls and private residences; on occasion, it was also used for railway stations, schools, or hotels. The spread and concentration of buildings in this style in Bosnia is extraordinary. This monography not only fills a gap in an art history that has long turned a blind eye to Europe’s Southeast but also contributes to our understanding of European powers’ historical responses to the challenge of cultural diversity in territories under their control.
The Effects of E-banking on the profitability of Syrian International Islamic Bank (2017-2020)
The aim of this research is to study E-Banking services applied in Syria International Islamic Bank }SIIB{ and how it impacted the bank’s profitability. Particularly, we are focusing on mobile banking and point of sale which constitute the most important and advance E-Banking services offered by SIIB. The research is narrowed down to evaluate ROA and ROE to represent the profitability indicators since they are considered the best and most used profitability indicators. The data for E-Banking is of descriptive nature and it was collected via a survey of 30 randomly drawn employees in E-Banking related departments. While the data for ROA and ROE was extracted from the financial statements of SIIB (2017-2020). Note that SIIB mobile banking was developed in 2018.
