مع تقدم الأزمنة وتطور الحضارات وظهور الشباب الحيوي كانت الموسيقى مصدر جذب الشباب اليافع بالإضافة لكونها مهنة ومصدر دخل العديد جاء مركز هارموني ليجمع اهداف الموسيقى العديدة باختلافها سواء الترفيهي او الثقافي أو التعليمي في مكان واحد وبهذا فان الهدف الأساسي من المشروع هو خلق بيئة جاذبة لمتذوقي الموسيقى بشتى الوسائل وباختلاف الطرق سواء الكترونية تفاعليه أو محسوسة.
