يتحدث المشروع عن تصميم لمجمع تجاري مختص بعالم الموضة والأزياء ويضم مجموعة من الماركات العالمية. يتألف المبنى من ثلاث طوابق بمساحات واسعة ويتسم شكله العام بتشكيل أقرب إلى مثلث بنهاية عريضة ما أتاح الفرصة لتصميم فراغات داخلية غير تقليدية تدعم فكرة العرض الفاخر. يرتكز التصميم الداخلي على الطراز المودرن الفخم الذي ينسجم مع طبيعة الماركات العالمية، ومن خلال استخدام خامات راقية، توزيع مدروس للمحلات، مسارات حركة واضحة وإضاءة مدرسة تعزز من تجربة الزوار داخل المول.

مركز رعاية المسنين، قبل كل شيء، هو ملاذ للراحة والطمأنينة. إنه مكان يلتقي فيه كبار السن بالأطفال، حيث يمتزج عمق التصميم المعماري بالبعد الإنساني، محولاً اليتم إلى جسر للتواصل، ومخففاً من وطأة الوحدة. يعزز المشروع مفهوم الاندماج، انطلاقاً من الإيمان بأن الشيخوخة لا تعني الانعزال عن العالم، بل تعني التفاعل معه بكرامة وشمولية. Elder Care center above all, a space of comfort and reassurance. It’s a place where the elderly meet with children, where the architectural depth merges with the human dimension. turning orphan hood into a bridge for connection and filling the void of loneliness. the project strengthens the concept of integration, operating from the belief that aging doesn’t mean detachment from the world, but rather a dignified and inclusive engagement with it.

الهدف من المشروع إنشاء مجمع تجاري استثماري يخدم ثلاث مناطق حيوية في دمشق، هي كراجات العباسيين، وجوبر، والقابون، بهدف إنعاش هذه المناطق التي تضررت أو أصبحت خاملة في السنوات الأخيرة. كما يوفر فرصًا اقتصادية وتنموية هامة. ويتألف هذا المجمع من مول تجاري ، برج تجاري استثماري ، أكشاك متنوعة ، معارض دائمة ومؤقتة و الساحة الرئيسية التي تُعد جوهر المشروع لما تتمتع به من إرث تاريخي وثقافي، حيث تشرح للزوار المراحل التي مرت بها المنطقة. كما يناقش البحث منهجية جمع البيانات وتحليلها ودراستها بما ينعكس إيجاباً على المشروع المقدم.

هو مجموعة من الوحدات السكنية التى يتم بنائها بجوار بعضها فى مكان معين مستقل محاط من الخارج بسور و بوابات وأمن و حراسة لتوفير أقصى درجات الأمن والأمان للساكنين داخل المجمع السكني .وأيضاً يتوافر داخل المجمع كل ما يحتاج اليه الشخص من نوادي ومولات ومحلات ومدارس ومساحات خضراء و ...الخ. فكل مجمع سكني يختلف عن غيره من المجمعات السكنية فى درجة الرفاهية التى يقدمها للساكنين فيه .ودرجات الرفاهية تختلف حسب كل شركة من الشركات المنفذة وقدراتها المادية والطبقة الإجتماعية التى تستهدفها.
