Understanding artificial intelligence : Fundamentals and applications
Describes how the new artificial intelligence technology, neural network, totally changes our everyday life. It first describes the neural network development history and introduces the classical neural network -- convolutional neural network architecture. After that, it covers the artificial development in six different areas; healthcare, finance, retail, manufacturing, agriculture, and smart city. This book targets students with different backgrounds, such as, business, humanity, arts, science and engineering, allowing them to understand the artificial intelligent general applications and how this impacts on their future.
Underactuated Robotic Hands

Uncertainty Theory

The Ultimate AIU Community aims to streamline educational processes, foster community engagement, and provide a unified, intelligent solution for the modern era of education.This system consists of two main components: a mobile social media community application and an e-learning website. The mobile app allows students to share content, facilitated by an AI-driven toxicity detection model to ensure a respectful and safe environment. Additionally, the app serves as an information hub, displaying advertisements and updates from various campus entities such as instructors, student affairs, cafes, and bookshops.

Type-2 Fuzzy Logic : Theory and Applications
Describes new methods for building intelligent systems using type-2 fuzzy logic and soft computing techniques. Soft Computing (SC) consists of several computing paradigms, including type-1 fuzzy logic, neural networks, and genetic algorithms, which can be used to create powerful hybrid intelligent systems. The authors extends the use of fuzzy logic to a higher order, which is called type-2 fuzzy logic. Combining type-2 fuzzy logic with traditional SC techniques, we can build powerful hybrid intelligent systems that can use the advantages that each technique offers. We consider in this book the use of type-2 fuzzy logic and traditional SC techniques to solve pattern recognition problems in realworld applications.
