المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية الإنتربول ودورها في مكافحة غسيل الأموال
يهدف الكتاب إلى توضيح نشأة المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية (الإنتربول)، وماهيته، وتكوينه، وآلياته المشبهة في العمل، وأهدافه المراد تحقيقها. كما سيستعرض أيضا أجهزة المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية (الإنتربول)، ومصادر تمويل هذه المنظمة، والنظام القانوني لها، والوسائل الفنية للإنتربول في مكافحة الجرائم. يضطلع الإنتربول بدور مزدوج في مكافحة الجرائم المالية، ويجمع بين الدعم اليومي الذي يقدمه للبلدان الأعضاء وتنظيم العمليات المحددة الأهداف والتحقيقات المشتركة. وبالنظر إلى طبيعة الجريمة المالية، يتعاون الإنتربول في كثير من الأحيان مع منظمات خارج أجهزة إنفاذ القانون. وينطوي عمل الإنتربول اليومي على معاملة الطلبات والرسائل الواردة من البلدان الأعضاء التي تسعى إلى الحصول على الدعويجري التقصي في قواعد بيانات المنظمة لتوفير المعلومات الكفيلة بمساعدة أجهزة الشرطة الوطنية في التحقيقات التي تجريها في قضية ما وتحديد الصلات مع القضايا الأخرى.
نحو فضاء صحي متكامل : مركز السلام الطبي
المركز الطبي هو منشأة صحية متكاملة تتكون من طابقين، صُممت لتقديم خدمات طبية شاملة ضمن بيئة مريحة وعصرية. يتبع تصميمه شكل حرف "U" لتسهيل الحركة وتوزيع الأقسام بشكل واضح. يضم المركز عيادات تخصصية، أقسام تشخيصية (كالأشعة والتحاليل)، مركز علاج فيزيائي، عيادات سنية، وصيدلية، بالإضافة إلى مناطق إدارية واستراحات للزوار. يجمع التصميم بين الأداء الوظيفي والمعايير الجمالية والإنسانية، مع التركيز على الراحة النفسية والإضاءة الطبيعية.
مركز الرصد الفلكي : Vision
مشروع مركز الرصد الفلكي "Vision" يهدف إلى تطوير علم الفلك محلياً و تحفيز الأجيال القادمة على الاهتمام بهذا المجال العلمي . يتضمن المشروع ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية : قسم الرصد الفلكي ، القسم الثقافي (المتحف) ، والقسم الإداري . يقع المشروع في مدينة يعفور بريف دمشق ، غرب مدينة دمشق بمساحة 6 هكتارات وبعامل إشغال 25% . تم اختيار الموقع لقربه من العاصمة والطريق الدولي دمشق - بيروت ، محاطاً بمناطق سكنية وتعليمية وتجارية . يحتوي المشروع على مراصد مجهزة بقبة فلكية ، متحف تفاعلي ، قاعات تدريب ، و مكتبة متخصصة يضم أيضاً مساحات ترفيهية مثل قاعة IMAX ، صالة أطفال ، وكافتيريا . الهدف من التصميم هو الدمج بين التثقيف والترفيه ضمن بيئة معمارية معاصرة . المشروع يخدم فئات متعدةة تشمل الزوار ، الباحثين ، الطلاب و الإداريين.
مركز التأهيل السوري للأطراف الصناعية = Syrian Rehabilitation Center Profosthetics
يُعتبر مركز التأهيل للأطراف الصناعية مؤسسة متخصصة تقدم رعاية وخدمات تأهيل متكاملة للأفراد الذين يستخدمون أطرافًا صناعية. يهدف المركز إلى تحسين جودة حياتهم وتمكينهم من الاندماج بشكل أفضل في المجتمع. يُقدم المركز خدمات متخصصة تشمل تقييم الاحتياجات الشخصية، وتصميم وتصنيع الأطراف الصناعية المناسبة، وبرامج تأهيل متقدمة. إن ندرة وجود مراكز كهذه في بلدنا سوريا أدى إلى تهميش لهذه الفئات في المجتمع وسيكون هذا المركز نقلة نوعية تدفعهم نحو الحياة من جديد.
مبنى سكني في مدينة دمشق Residential building in Damascus city
المشروع عبارة عن برج سكني في مدينة دمشق. يتألف المبنى من ثلاثة عشر طابق و قبو واحد بكتلتين يفصل بينهما فاصل تمدد، الكتلة الأولى عبارة عن ملجأ، و الكتلة الثانية عبارة عن قسم خدمي. تم إنشاء خزان بيتوني مسلح على سقف بلاطة بيت الدرج سعته تلبي احتياجات سكان البناء ليوم واحد، و تم انشاء خزان مشابه في القبو سعته تلبي احتياجات سكان البناء لثلاثة أيام و يغزي الخزان العلوي.

يتناول البحث التعرف على مدى فعالية دور المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية في مكافحة الارهاب والتصدي له، وذلك من خلال التعرف على أبعاد جريمة الارهاب و توضيح دوافعه التي تكمن وراء تفاقم و أنتشار تلك الجريمة ، والبحث في مفهوم و اشكال و اهداف تلك الجريمة ، و التعرف على نشأة المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية ، و توضيح مهامها و أهدافها ، وبيان آليات عملها في هذا الشأن.

تناول هذا البحث دراسة أحكام الشروط في عقد الزواج، سواء أكانت هذه الشروط صحيحة أم مخالفة ومحرمة. وما هو أثر هذه الشروط على العقد وما هو أثر عدم الالتزام بها إن كانت صحيحة ،أو كانت فاسدة وما هو أثرها على صحة العقد ، وذلك من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين الفقه الإسلامي والقانون السوري مع مقارنة بعدد من القوانين العربية الأخرى

يمثل هذ المشروع إعادة إحياء استراتيجية لأرض كيوان ، واحدة من آخر المساحات الخضراء الكبرى في قلب دمشق ، والتي تقع بمحاذاة حديقة تشرين .ويسعى المشروع إلى تحويل هذا الموقع إلى مركز حضري متنوع يخدم المدينة وأهلها من خلال دمج الفعاليات الثقافية ، البيئية ، التعليمية ضمن فراغات عامة نابضة بالحياة . تبرز الفكرة أهمية المشروع كمنصة داعمة للطلبة الموهوبين ، عبر خلق بيئة محفزة للإبداع والتفاعل المجتمعي ويتيح فرص اقتصادية وتنموية مستدامة دون المساس بهوية المكان أو طبيعته الخضراء . يعكس التصميم رؤية معمارية تحترم تاريخ الأرض وتعيد الاعتبار للفراغات العامة كأولوية في التخطيط الحضري مساهماً في صنع مدينة أكثر توازناً ، انفتاحاً و انتماءً
