The Directorate of International Relations invites academic staff at the Arab International University to submit their applications for an academic exchange grant within the COMMO IX program at the International University of Rome – Italy.
Grant Details
- Exchange Opportunity: 3 teaching staff members
- Eligible Specializations: All specializations available at the host university via the link: https://www.unint.eu/en/didactics/
- Exchange Period: Five days plus two travel days
- Application Deadline: Tuesday, August 12, 2025
Eligibility and academic requirements
Priority will be given to:
- Full-time academic staff – university employees
- Applicants who have not previously benefited from a similar grant during their career at the university
- Applicants whose academic specialization matches the ones available at the host university
- Applicants who meet the language proficiency requirements (B2 level in English)
Conditions and Financial Coverage:
- Travel Allowance: Up to €820, based on the Distance Calculator
- Daily Allowance: €160
- Grantees are responsible for arranging their own travel, health insurance, and visa expenses
