يتميز المشروع المطروح بجمع الأفكار التصويرية السينمائية ومواكبة التطور في هذا المجال ,كما يتميز المشروع بمراحل تطور السينما منذ السنوات الماضية الى الوقت الحاضر.
مركز عائلي ترفيهي = Family intertaintment center
يهدف المشروع إلى تصميم مركز ترفيهي يجمع أفراد الأسرة بمختلف أعمارهم ضمن فراغ معماري يعزز الروابط العائلية. تم اختيار تصميم مستوحى من فن الأوريغامي الياباني ليمنح المكان طابعاً فلسفياً يربط بين الجمال والوظيفة. يدمج المشروع بين التعلم والترفيه في بيئة محفزة وإبداعية. يقع المركز في معرة صيدنايا – ريف دمشق، على أرض بمساحة 30,000 م². يهدف التصميم إلى خلق بيئة أسرية متكاملة تسهم في بناء مجتمع متماسك وسعيد.
مركز ثقافي ترفيهي عن الفضاء
تم اختيار المشروع للتعرف على علم الفلك والفضاء له تأثير وصدى بالغ على البشرية والوجود الإنساني، فمن خلال الفضاء يمكن التعرف على الكون الذي نعيش فيه ومعرفة الخصائص الفيزيائية له ودراسة تراكيبه وذلك بغرض ردء المخاطر التي قد نتعرض لها بين الفينة والأخرى. من خلال دراسة الفضاء نستطيع التعرف على أماكن أخرى صالحة للحياة عوضاً عن الكوكب الحالي الذي أشرف على النهاية وفقاا لتقارير ودراسات. والمشروع ترفيهي يناسب جميع الفئات العمرية لتعرف على الفضاء بشكل ثقافي وترفيهي.
مركز الرصد الفلكي : Vision
مشروع مركز الرصد الفلكي "Vision" يهدف إلى تطوير علم الفلك محلياً و تحفيز الأجيال القادمة على الاهتمام بهذا المجال العلمي . يتضمن المشروع ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية : قسم الرصد الفلكي ، القسم الثقافي (المتحف) ، والقسم الإداري . يقع المشروع في مدينة يعفور بريف دمشق ، غرب مدينة دمشق بمساحة 6 هكتارات وبعامل إشغال 25% . تم اختيار الموقع لقربه من العاصمة والطريق الدولي دمشق - بيروت ، محاطاً بمناطق سكنية وتعليمية وتجارية . يحتوي المشروع على مراصد مجهزة بقبة فلكية ، متحف تفاعلي ، قاعات تدريب ، و مكتبة متخصصة يضم أيضاً مساحات ترفيهية مثل قاعة IMAX ، صالة أطفال ، وكافتيريا . الهدف من التصميم هو الدمج بين التثقيف والترفيه ضمن بيئة معمارية معاصرة . المشروع يخدم فئات متعدةة تشمل الزوار ، الباحثين ، الطلاب و الإداريين.

The massive leaps of technology in entertainment have led to the need of hundreds of hours of work for multiple experts to deliver videos that meet their requirements while racing other experts doing the same thing to deliver the content to massive audiences in the fastest manner of time. This project also aims to aid video editors and directors to cut the time and energy needed to choose clips, review, label, cut, transcribe and re-composite a batch of videos to speed up the process of delivering high quality edited videos. This program can also help vloggers, youtubers, and anyone to edit videos based on a style they choose to convey their artistic talent and vision.
