Consequences of Unawareness in Usage of Some Medicines and Diet Routine

In the short term, imbalanced nutrition can contribute to stress, tiredness and our capacity to work, and over time, it can contribute to the risk of developing some illnesses and other health problems such as: being overweight or obese, tooth decay, high blood pressure. Such habits cause considerable damage to human existence such as loss of potential and motivation, premature aging of the human body and the acquisition of diseases of various kinds. Such habits include the consumption of the following substances and medications which we will focus on in our research project in order to contribute to the public health awareness and to provide people with the best way to eat, on the other hand as an effect, pharmacologist we will also include the possible therapy of such diseases. However, with their side and some other commune drugs we are used to take on daily terms or very often but it may have a toxic side effect.

Congenital torch infections : torch panel

TORCH is a group of infections that can be passed from the pregnant mother to her fetus through the placenta. TORCH, includes Toxoplasmosis, Other (syphilis, varicella-zoster, parvovirus B19, Hepatitis B), Rubella, Cytomegalovirus (CMV), and Herpes infections are some of the most common infections associated with congenital anomalies. Most of the TORCH infections have serious fetal consequences and there has no impact on fetal outcome. In the present article, we wanted to discuss about the causative agents/organism, mode of infection, symptoms, treatment, vaccination, available molecular biological techniques and public awareness regarding this infection, Our objective in this project is to assess the awareness of and knowledge about mother-to-child infections and prevention

Congenital Diseases and the Environment

"In recent years, increasing attention and resources have been brought to bear on the relationship between the environment and congenital diseases. These diseases were previously thought to be mostly due to genetic causes. Even though the importance of genes as factors in causation is accepted, environmental factors seem to be implicated just as strongly. This book explores some further concepts that have arisen from more recent perceptions of environmental effects and their possible interactions with living systems. Discussion and presentation of old and novel ideas is targeted at developing a more holistic and united perception of the interaction between congenital diseases and the environment. Amongst the topics discussed are: -effects of prenatal exposure to toxic chemicals -intra-uterine exposure to drugs -effects of endocrine disrupters -environmental risk and sex ratio in newborns -surveillance of environmental impact-research and policy."

Confronting Scale in Archaeology : Issues of Theory and Practice

This book discusses the cultural, social and spatial aspects of scale and its impact on archaeology in practical and applicable cases. Each author takes one of the fundamental elements of archaeology - from the experience of time and space to the visualization of individuals, sites and landscapes to the intricacies of archaeological discourse - and shows how an awareness of scale can create new and exciting interpretations.

Conformal Groups in Geometry and Spin Structures

This book provides a self-contained overview of this important area of mathematical physics, beginning with its origins in the works of Cartan and Chevalley and progressing to recent research in spinors and conformal geometry. Key topics and features: * Focuses initially on the basics of Clifford algebras * Studies the spaces of spinors for some even Clifford algebras * Examines conformal spin geometry, beginning with an elementary study of the conformal group of the Euclidean plane * Treats covering groups of the conformal group of a regular pseudo-Euclidean space, including a section on the complex conformal group * Introduces conformal flat geometry and conformal spinoriality groups, followed by a systematic development of riemannian or pseudo-riemannian manifolds having a conformal spin structure * Discusses links between classical spin structures and conformal spin structures in the context of conformal connections * Examines pseudo-unitary spin structures and pseudo-unitary conformal spin structures using the Clifford algebra associated with the classical pseudo-unitary space

Conformal and Potential Analysis in Hele-Shaw Cells

This monograph aims at giving a presentation of recent and new ideas that arise from the problems of planar fluid dynamics and which are interesting from the point of view of geometric function theory and potential theory. In particular, this book is concerned with geometric problems for Hele-Shaw flows. Also Hele-Shaw flows on parameter spaces (e.g., the Teichmüller space) are treated and connections with string theory are revealed. Ultimately, the interaction between several branches of complex and potential analysis, and planar fluid mechanics is discussed.

Conceptual Modeling for Traditional and Spatio-Temporal Applications : The MADS Approach

This book shows that a conceptual design approach for spatio-temporal databases is both feasible and easy to apprehend. While providing a firm basis through extensive discussion of traditional data modeling concepts, the major focus of the book is on modeling spatial and temporal information. Parent, Spaccapietra and Zimányi provide a detailed and comprehensive description of an approach that fills the gap between application conceptual requirements and system capabilities, covering both data modeling and data manipulation features.

Concepts, Frames and Cascades in Semantics, Cognition and Ontology

This book presents novel theoretical, empirical and experimental work exploring the nature of mental representations that support natural language production and understanding, and other manifestations of cognition. One fundamental question raised in the text is whether requisite knowledge structures can be adequately modeled by means of a uniform representational format, and if so, what exactly is its nature. Frames are a key topic covered which have had a strong impact on the exploration of knowledge representations in artificial intelligence, psychology and linguistics; cascades are a novel development in frame theory. Other key subject areas explored are: concepts and categorization, the experimental investigation of mental representation, as well as cognitive analysis in semantics. This book is of interest to students, researchers, and professionals working on cognition in the fields of linguistics, philosophy, and psychology.

Concepts in action : Representation, learning, and application

This book is a timely contribution in presenting recent issues, approaches, and results that are not only central to the highly interdisciplinary field of concept research but also particularly important to newly emergent paradigms and challenges. The contributors present a unique, holistic picture for the understanding and use of concepts from a wide range of fields including cognitive science, linguistics, philosophy, psychology, artificial intelligence, and computer science. The chapters focus on three distinct points of view that lie at the core of concept research: representation, learning, and application. The contributions present a combination of theoretical, experimental, computational, and applied methods that appeal to students and researchers working in these fields.
