The generation of novel redox systems under nano-space control is one of the most exciting fields in present organic, inorganic, and supramolecular chemistry. Since 1991 in France, Louis Samuel Barouk and his team, including Pierre Barouk, have contributed to the development of techniques that have significantly improved the postoperative period and outcomes. These include scarf osteotomy, big toe osteotomy, Weil osteotomies of the lateral metatarsals, and the development of the proximal release system for the gastrocnemius muscles. In parallel, the authors have developed implants and instrumentation specific to this forefoot surgery. Receptor Binding Techniques
