This work proposes to apply the Sliding Regimes (RG) algorithms to industrial regulation and servo loops controlled to date by traditional PIDs (analog or digital) and their variants (RST, etc.). The real system to be controlled can be very diverse in nature, have parts that are poorly or not modeled, be subject to disturbances. These robust numerical algorithms XVS (X: Classic or Generalized; VS: structure variable) generate a command having a discontinuous component and give an evolution of the operating point of the looped system on (or around) the sliding surface (the dynamics of the system loop then becomes the dynamic defined by the surface equation). For each ordering methodology, in order to facilitate its application, we have chosen the context of initial training and continuing training: elementary theory, diagram - block, summary table, temporal diagrams, differential equations, Laplace formalism, numerical simulation , control by computer.

Theoretical Aspects of Local Search
Local search has been applied successfully to a diverse collection of optimization problems. It's appreciated for its basic conceptual foundation, its general applicability, and its power to serve as a source for new search paradigms. The typical characteristics of combinatorial optimization problems to which local search can be applied, its relation to complexity theory, and the combination with randomized search features have led to a wealth of interesting theoretical results. The colloquium is aimed particularly, but not exclusively, at participants from developing countries. By providing a venue for the discussion of common problems and their solutions, and for the exchangeof experiences and ideas, this colloquium supports research and development in computer science and software technology. The World of Rhabdoviruses
In this volume the unique and common features of rhabdoviruses, particularly their morphological, molecular, and pathogenic characteristics, and their phylogenetic relationships are reviewed. Rhabdoviruses have a very wide host range and have been isolated from plants, insects, and almost from all vertebrates including fish and primates. The Rhabdoviridae family consists of six genera which have all been associated with diseases. While rhabdoviruses that are etiological agents of human diseases can cause serious public health problems, other members of this family that infect domestic livestock and agricultural plants can also cause enormous economic loss.

The inequitable division of the world’s riches creates physical and psychological poverty for humans and animals alike in many parts of the world.
