Dr. Al-Armanazi held high-level leadership positions and multiple responsibilities, reflecting his administrative and academic expertise, including:
Member of the Higher Supervision Committee of the Arab Organization for Education, Culture, and Science (ALECSO) since 1978, serving as a lecturer or chair of various committees.
Member of the Board of Directors of the Syrian Scientific Society for Information since 1999, and member of its Board of Trustees until 2024.
Member of the Board of Trustees of the Syrian Virtual University and Al-Manara University.
Served as an expert at Bell Communications (USA) from 1971 to 1976.
Worked at the Center for Scientific Studies and Research, starting in 1976, and advanced to become Director-General of the Center from 1999 until his retirement in 2021.
Contributed to strategic studies and programs for the development of science and culture in the Arab world under the supervision of ALECSO.
