Arab International University, Faculty of Business Administration is hosting the First Scientific Conference in Management, Finance and Economics. The 1st Scientific Conference for Management, Finance and Economics invites participants including academics, post graduate students and business experts and specialists in the field of Management, Finance and Economics research. The conference provides an ample opportunity for participants to present their research in a specialized academic venue and to receive a constructive feedback from specialized audience and a number of academics who serve as scientific review committee. The SCMFE encourages research paper submission in either Arabic or English languages.
The conference will be held in March 2017 as one of the most important scientific events. It will be an exceptional opportunity for all academic researchers in Syria to present with their research. This conference is part of the university's strategy in supporting structure of scientific research and encouraging academics and Syrian students toward providing new innovative ideas to contribute to the development of various sectors of society. The conference is a meeting point between experts and researchers. It provides a new ideal environment for researchers to present their academic research and all necessary advice and guidance ranging from research idea, to the way the research is performed through five sequential stages that organize their work. The Conference draws on a particular importance to issues related to reconstruction of Syria, and all the threads that would develop the economic reality, which spread over a range of topics, including sustainability, entrepreneurship, innovation, crisis management, corporate and public sector management. Also it focuses on development of the domestic financial sector, e-business, and growth and development in times of crisis. The conference is considered as one of the defining scientific activities taking place at Arab International University, which strengthens its leading position in the education sector in Syria. It also confirms its active role in motivating young Syrians about unleashing creative ideas and securing good environment for all innovative projects

Research Opportunities at the Conference
Approved research papers are presented and discussed in the conference. Specific papers will also be chosen to be developed and published later on a number of international peer-reviewed journals. Such journals will be identified and contacted in a due time.

The Conference provides a good opportunity for academic researchers, postgraduate students and business practitioners to participate with the conference and produce both academic and applied research in different fields of business.
