تخطيط شريحة سكنية مستدامة في حي القابون
تناول المشروع قضيّة إعادة الإعمار بما ينسجم مع الهوية الثقافية والاجتماعية للسكان، مع السعي لتأمين مساكن جديدة للأهالي الذين فقدوا بيوتهم جرّاء الحرب، بحيث يحصل كل فرد على سكن كريم يناسب واقعه وظروفه. واعتمد التصميم مبادئ الخصوصية والاستدامة عبر زيادة المساحات الخضراء، وتطبيق حلول بيئية تقلّل استهلاك الطاقة وتحسّن المناخ المحلي. كما جرى تنويع أنماط السكن لتلبية احتياجات مختلف الفئات، خصوصًا ذوي الدخل المحدود، مع الحفاظ على جودة التصميم وملاءمته للسياق المحلي.وجاءت الارتفاعات منخفضة احترامًا لرغبة السكان ورفضهم للبناء البرجي، مما أسهم في خلق نسيج عمراني هادئ ومنسجكما خُصّصت حركة السيارات على الأطراف فقط، بينما خُصصت المساحة الداخلية بالكامل لممرات المشاة، إلى جانب ممر خاص للدراجات يشجع على التنقّل النشط والمستدام.وبحكم قرب الموقع من نهر بردى، تمّ جرّ خط مائي ممتد داخل الشريحة، واستُخدم في تشكيل مسطّحات مائية تساهم في تحسين البيئة المناخية وتعزيز جودة الحياة.
تخطيط المدن في العمارة الإسلامية : فكر وفنون
يهدف الكتاب تتبع التحولات العمرانية التي مرت بها المدينة والعمارة الإسلامية منذ نشأتها حتى الآن، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى الأنماط العمرانية التي شهدتها عمارة المدن الإسلامية عبر العصور المختلفة، مع بيان الأسس والمعايير وخصائص التخطيط والتحولات العمرانية للمدينة الإسلامية بشكل عام، حيث وجد أن هناك ملامح عمرانية مشتركة تتميز بها المدينة الإسلامية أهمها وجود المسجد كمركز للنشاط الديني والسياسي وتنتهي إليه الأنشطة التجارية والإدارية، ومنها التركيب العمراني الذي يعكس التركيب الاجتماعي للسكان والذي يظهر في تقسيمات المدينة إلى إحياء أو حارات، وعلى هذا قام هذا الكتاب بدراسة وافية لكافة جوانب نشأة المدن الإسلامية كالبصرة والكوفة والفسطاط والقيروان وبغداد والقاهرة، وبيان كيفية تخطيطها، وأثر العوامل البيئية والمناخ في تكوينها، وكيف تأثرت الحضارات الأخرى بالعمارة الإسلامية.
المركز السوري لأبحاث الطاقات المتجددة
مشروع مركز أبحاث الطاقة المتجددة في ريف دمشق يمثل صرحًا علميًا واستراتيجيًا يعكس توجهًا نحو الاستدامة، الابتكار المعماري، والتكامل البيئي. يهدف إلى تعزيز البحث في الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح، مع تقديم بيئة داعمة للباحثين والطلاب عبر مخابر متطورة، معهد تدريب وتأهيل، والمعارض التثقيفية. يرتكز التصميم على مبادئ المباني الخضراء، استخدام مواد محلية صديقة للبيئة، وتطبيق معايير LEED لتحقيق مبنى ذكي قادر على الاكتفاء الذاتي الطاقي. الموقع المميز على طريق دمشق–بيروت ذو طوبوغرافيا منحدرة يسمح باستثمار الميل في جمع مياه الأمطار وتحسين فعالية التوربينات الهوائية. المشروع ليس مجرد مبنى، بل نموذج حي للاستقلال الطاقي يدمج بين التنمية العمرانية، البحث العلمي، والتأثير المجتمعي عبر نشر ثقافة الطاقة النظيفة وتوفير فرص عمل وتدريب. كما يسعى إلى دعم التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال استضافة المعارض والمؤتمرات، ليصبح مركزًا إقليميًا رائدًا في مجال الطاقات البديلة وواجهة حضارية لسوريا في السعي نحو مستقبل مستدام.
اكاديمية تصميم الأزياء
يمثل هذ المشروع إعادة إحياء استراتيجية لأرض كيوان ، واحدة من آخر المساحات الخضراء الكبرى في قلب دمشق ، والتي تقع بمحاذاة حديقة تشرين .ويسعى المشروع إلى تحويل هذا الموقع إلى مركز حضري متنوع يخدم المدينة وأهلها من خلال دمج الفعاليات الثقافية ، البيئية ، التعليمية ضمن فراغات عامة نابضة بالحياة . تبرز الفكرة أهمية المشروع كمنصة داعمة للطلبة الموهوبين ، عبر خلق بيئة محفزة للإبداع والتفاعل المجتمعي ويتيح فرص اقتصادية وتنموية مستدامة دون المساس بهوية المكان أو طبيعته الخضراء . يعكس التصميم رؤية معمارية تحترم تاريخ الأرض وتعيد الاعتبار للفراغات العامة كأولوية في التخطيط الحضري مساهماً في صنع مدينة أكثر توازناً ، انفتاحاً و انتماءً
