المشروع هو منتجع علاجي متكامل يقع في قلب الطبيعة الخلابة على ضفاف بحيرة زرزر – سوريا، ويهدف إلى خلق تجربة استشفاء شاملة تجمع بين الراحة النفسية، والعلاج الطبيعي، والاندماج الكامل مع البيئة. ينقسم المركز إلى منطقتين رئيسيتين: المنطقة العامة: وتضم مركزاً تجارياً (مول)، مطاعم، استراحات، ملاعب، مسبح، ومناطق مخصصة للتسلية، لتأمين أجواء مريحة للزوار والمرافقين. المنطقة الخاصة: تحتوي على مباني العلاج، الإدارة، وحدات الإقامة، والشاليهات الخاصة، والتي تم توزيعها بعناية لتحقيق الخصوصية والهدوء للمستفيدين من برامج الاستشفاء.يرتكز المشروع على مبدأ التصميم البيئي المسؤول، حيث تم احترام الطبوغرافيا الطبيعية وعدم المساس بـمورفولوجيا المكان كونه منطقة تنزّه طبيعية، مع الحفاظ الكامل على الغطاء النباتي دون قطع الأشجار.تم اتباع نهج التصميم القائم على خصائص المكان (Place-based Design)، لضمان اندماج الكتل المعمارية مع الطبيعة، وتحقيق تجربة علاجية متكاملة تنبع من الأرض وتخدمها في آنٍ معاً، مما يجعل المشروع نموذجاً في العمارة المستدامة والواعية بيئياً.

يقوم التصميم على بناء عصري وجديد لفرع شركة مايكروسوفت، يعكس اختصاص هذه الشركة في البرمجيات عالية التطور، تقوم على استخدام أحدث التقنيات وعلى ارتباط وثيق بالشرائح الالكترونية، هنا كانت الفكرة ان يكون مقر هذه الشركة الجديد قائم على خطوط الشرائح وربطها في كافة أجزاء المبنى.

The premise that writing is a socially-situated act of interaction between readers and writers is well established. This volume first, corroborates this premise by citing pertinent evidence, through the analysis of written texts and interactive writing contexts, and from educational settings across different cultures from which we have scant evidence.
