منتجع سياحة علاجية : Rose Rejuvenation center
المشروع هو منتجع علاجي متكامل يقع في قلب الطبيعة الخلابة على ضفاف بحيرة زرزر – سوريا، ويهدف إلى خلق تجربة استشفاء شاملة تجمع بين الراحة النفسية، والعلاج الطبيعي، والاندماج الكامل مع البيئة. ينقسم المركز إلى منطقتين رئيسيتين: المنطقة العامة: وتضم مركزاً تجارياً (مول)، مطاعم، استراحات، ملاعب، مسبح، ومناطق مخصصة للتسلية، لتأمين أجواء مريحة للزوار والمرافقين. المنطقة الخاصة: تحتوي على مباني العلاج، الإدارة، وحدات الإقامة، والشاليهات الخاصة، والتي تم توزيعها بعناية لتحقيق الخصوصية والهدوء للمستفيدين من برامج الاستشفاء.يرتكز المشروع على مبدأ التصميم البيئي المسؤول، حيث تم احترام الطبوغرافيا الطبيعية وعدم المساس بـمورفولوجيا المكان كونه منطقة تنزّه طبيعية، مع الحفاظ الكامل على الغطاء النباتي دون قطع الأشجار.تم اتباع نهج التصميم القائم على خصائص المكان (Place-based Design)، لضمان اندماج الكتل المعمارية مع الطبيعة، وتحقيق تجربة علاجية متكاملة تنبع من الأرض وتخدمها في آنٍ معاً، مما يجعل المشروع نموذجاً في العمارة المستدامة والواعية بيئياً.
مركز تُفّاح للتدريب المهني و التطوير الزراعي
يهدف المشروع إلى دعم النهج الزراعي وتحسين الوضع الاقتصادي في المنطقة وتأمين فرص عمل في مجال علم البيئة و الهندسة الزراعية وترسيخ فكرة الاكتفاء الذاتي ونهوض وتنمية النطاق ا لخضر في المنطقة ومواكبة العمارة المعاصرة.
مركز الرصد الفلكي : Vision
مشروع مركز الرصد الفلكي "Vision" يهدف إلى تطوير علم الفلك محلياً و تحفيز الأجيال القادمة على الاهتمام بهذا المجال العلمي . يتضمن المشروع ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية : قسم الرصد الفلكي ، القسم الثقافي (المتحف) ، والقسم الإداري . يقع المشروع في مدينة يعفور بريف دمشق ، غرب مدينة دمشق بمساحة 6 هكتارات وبعامل إشغال 25% . تم اختيار الموقع لقربه من العاصمة والطريق الدولي دمشق - بيروت ، محاطاً بمناطق سكنية وتعليمية وتجارية . يحتوي المشروع على مراصد مجهزة بقبة فلكية ، متحف تفاعلي ، قاعات تدريب ، و مكتبة متخصصة يضم أيضاً مساحات ترفيهية مثل قاعة IMAX ، صالة أطفال ، وكافتيريا . الهدف من التصميم هو الدمج بين التثقيف والترفيه ضمن بيئة معمارية معاصرة . المشروع يخدم فئات متعدةة تشمل الزوار ، الباحثين ، الطلاب و الإداريين.

تتخصص الشركة في تصميم الهيكل الشبكي للشركات وحماية امن معلوماتهم / تضم الشركة 4000 من الموظفين والعاملين والباحثين ومتدربين / تقوم الشركة بتوفير دورات تدريبية لمن يرغب في دراسة المناهج الخاصة بها وذلك من خلال قسم التدريب الخاص بها وتقدم شهادات متخصصة / تضم الشركة موظفين في مجالات عديدة مثل هندسة الشبكات والالكترون والبرمجة والمعلوماتية / والايمبيديد سيستم وتصميم الشبكات وتصميم المواقع / وهندسة الذكاء الصنعي وهندسة الحواسيب
مَيدان الجَواد الدِمشقيّ : مركز تدريب احترافي للفروسية = Professional Training Center for Equestrian
يهدف المشروع مَيدَان الجَواد الدِّمَشقي والذي هو مركز تدريب احترافي للفروسية إلى نشر ثقافة الفروسية وتطوير المهارات وتحقيق الذات ورفع مستوى الفروسية في المنطقة وخلق فرص عمل جديدة واعتبار المركز فرصة اقتصادية مهمة ووجهة سياحية جذابة واعتباره استثمار ذات أهمية سياحياً واقتصادياً وارتباط الفروسية بالتراث والتاريخ والاستفادة من الأراضي الكبيرة. بالإضافة لأهداف بيئية مثل الحفاظ على البيئة الطبيعية وإدارة النفايات الصلبة، وأهداف اقتصادية مثل توفير فرص عمل وتنشيط السياحة، وأهداف عمرانية مثل دمج الطبيعة بالبناء وتوفير مساحات خضراء واسعة، وأهداف اجتماعية مثل تطوير المجتمع وتنمية الشاب وتمكين الفئات المستضعفة.
تخطيط شريحة سكنية مستدامة في حي القابون
تناول المشروع قضيّة إعادة الإعمار بما ينسجم مع الهوية الثقافية والاجتماعية للسكان، مع السعي لتأمين مساكن جديدة للأهالي الذين فقدوا بيوتهم جرّاء الحرب، بحيث يحصل كل فرد على سكن كريم يناسب واقعه وظروفه. واعتمد التصميم مبادئ الخصوصية والاستدامة عبر زيادة المساحات الخضراء، وتطبيق حلول بيئية تقلّل استهلاك الطاقة وتحسّن المناخ المحلي. كما جرى تنويع أنماط السكن لتلبية احتياجات مختلف الفئات، خصوصًا ذوي الدخل المحدود، مع الحفاظ على جودة التصميم وملاءمته للسياق المحلي.وجاءت الارتفاعات منخفضة احترامًا لرغبة السكان ورفضهم للبناء البرجي، مما أسهم في خلق نسيج عمراني هادئ ومنسجكما خُصّصت حركة السيارات على الأطراف فقط، بينما خُصصت المساحة الداخلية بالكامل لممرات المشاة، إلى جانب ممر خاص للدراجات يشجع على التنقّل النشط والمستدام.وبحكم قرب الموقع من نهر بردى، تمّ جرّ خط مائي ممتد داخل الشريحة، واستُخدم في تشكيل مسطّحات مائية تساهم في تحسين البيئة المناخية وتعزيز جودة الحياة.
تخطيط المدن في العمارة الإسلامية : فكر وفنون
يهدف الكتاب تتبع التحولات العمرانية التي مرت بها المدينة والعمارة الإسلامية منذ نشأتها حتى الآن، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى الأنماط العمرانية التي شهدتها عمارة المدن الإسلامية عبر العصور المختلفة، مع بيان الأسس والمعايير وخصائص التخطيط والتحولات العمرانية للمدينة الإسلامية بشكل عام، حيث وجد أن هناك ملامح عمرانية مشتركة تتميز بها المدينة الإسلامية أهمها وجود المسجد كمركز للنشاط الديني والسياسي وتنتهي إليه الأنشطة التجارية والإدارية، ومنها التركيب العمراني الذي يعكس التركيب الاجتماعي للسكان والذي يظهر في تقسيمات المدينة إلى إحياء أو حارات، وعلى هذا قام هذا الكتاب بدراسة وافية لكافة جوانب نشأة المدن الإسلامية كالبصرة والكوفة والفسطاط والقيروان وبغداد والقاهرة، وبيان كيفية تخطيطها، وأثر العوامل البيئية والمناخ في تكوينها، وكيف تأثرت الحضارات الأخرى بالعمارة الإسلامية.
أكاديمية لتدريب الفرسان (الأصيل)
يتمحور البحث حول أكاديمية خاصة ومتكاملة بالخيول العربية الأصيلة وتدريب الفرسان واستقبال العديد من البطولات العالمية والمحلية وتهدف هذه المنشأة إلى إعادة المكانة المهمة للخيول العربية الأصيلة ورياضة الفروسية في سوريا والتركيز عليها من جديد وقد تطرقنا في هذا البحث لتأكيد هذه الأهمية ولشرح كيفية إنشاء منشأة ملاءمة للفرسان وللخيول حيث أن هذه المنشأة تضم عدة أقسام: قسم أكاديمي تعليمي وتدريبي ، قسم طبي للعناية بهذه الخيول وقسم خاص بمسابقات الخيول بجميع أنواعها (قفز حواجز _ عروض الجمال _رقص الخيل على الموسيقى .........الخ) حيث أن هذا القسم عبارة عن صالة مغلقة بمنشأة معدنية مجهزة بأكمل وجه لاستقبال الزوار والمتسابقين وقد أخذ بعين الاعتبار المساحات الملائمة للخيول وللطلاب الأكاديميين والزوار بما في ذلك مساحات تفاعلية ترفيهية للزوار.
المركز السوري لأبحاث الطاقات المتجددة
مشروع مركز أبحاث الطاقة المتجددة في ريف دمشق يمثل صرحًا علميًا واستراتيجيًا يعكس توجهًا نحو الاستدامة، الابتكار المعماري، والتكامل البيئي. يهدف إلى تعزيز البحث في الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح، مع تقديم بيئة داعمة للباحثين والطلاب عبر مخابر متطورة، معهد تدريب وتأهيل، والمعارض التثقيفية. يرتكز التصميم على مبادئ المباني الخضراء، استخدام مواد محلية صديقة للبيئة، وتطبيق معايير LEED لتحقيق مبنى ذكي قادر على الاكتفاء الذاتي الطاقي. الموقع المميز على طريق دمشق–بيروت ذو طوبوغرافيا منحدرة يسمح باستثمار الميل في جمع مياه الأمطار وتحسين فعالية التوربينات الهوائية. المشروع ليس مجرد مبنى، بل نموذج حي للاستقلال الطاقي يدمج بين التنمية العمرانية، البحث العلمي، والتأثير المجتمعي عبر نشر ثقافة الطاقة النظيفة وتوفير فرص عمل وتدريب. كما يسعى إلى دعم التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال استضافة المعارض والمؤتمرات، ليصبح مركزًا إقليميًا رائدًا في مجال الطاقات البديلة وواجهة حضارية لسوريا في السعي نحو مستقبل مستدام.

تبحث الدراسة في وضوح لكل من الغرامة التهديدية و التعويض وسهولة التمييز بينهما حتى يتم استخدامهم في الطريقة القانونية الصحيحة وفقاً لغاية المشرع ، ومعرفة الضوابط القانونية لكل من النظامين السابقين.

يمثل هذ المشروع إعادة إحياء استراتيجية لأرض كيوان ، واحدة من آخر المساحات الخضراء الكبرى في قلب دمشق ، والتي تقع بمحاذاة حديقة تشرين .ويسعى المشروع إلى تحويل هذا الموقع إلى مركز حضري متنوع يخدم المدينة وأهلها من خلال دمج الفعاليات الثقافية ، البيئية ، التعليمية ضمن فراغات عامة نابضة بالحياة . تبرز الفكرة أهمية المشروع كمنصة داعمة للطلبة الموهوبين ، عبر خلق بيئة محفزة للإبداع والتفاعل المجتمعي ويتيح فرص اقتصادية وتنموية مستدامة دون المساس بهوية المكان أو طبيعته الخضراء . يعكس التصميم رؤية معمارية تحترم تاريخ الأرض وتعيد الاعتبار للفراغات العامة كأولوية في التخطيط الحضري مساهماً في صنع مدينة أكثر توازناً ، انفتاحاً و انتماءً
Zukunft der Arbeit in Industrie 4.0 = Future of work in Industry 4.0
The future project "Industry 4.0", which represents a central element of the high-tech strategy of the federal government, aims at the computerization of the classic industries, such as e.g. B. industrial production. On the way to the Internet of Things, the merging of the virtual with the physical world to form cyber-physical systems and the resulting possible merging of technical processes with business processes should lead Germany as a production location into a new era. The technology program "Autonomics for Industry 4.0" of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) is part of the future project "Industry 4.0". This volume was created in the context of this programme. The book gives an overview of possible ways into the future of work under the conditions of autonomy and Industry 4.0. Key challenges, opportunities and risks are identified from the point of view of research, industry and the social partners. Exemplary design solutions from the areas of production and automation technology, robotics, virtual engineering, agricultural machinery and learning factories illustrate the trends presented in the book.
Zinc Finger Proteins: From Atomic Contact to Cellular Function
The scientists discovered a novel domain associated with zinc, and named this domain "zinc finger. " The number of proteins with similar zinc fingers grew quickly and these proteins are now called C2H2, Cys2His2 or classical zinc finger proteins. To date, about 24,000 C2H2 zinc finger proteins have been recognized. Approximately 700 human genes, or more than 2% of the genome, have been estimated to encode C2H2 finger proteins. From the beginning these proteins were thought to be numerous, but no one could have predicted such a huge number. Perhaps thousands of scientists are now working on C2H2 zinc finger proteins fi-om variou s viewpoints. This field is a good example of how a new science begins with the insight of a few scientists and how it develops by efforts of numerous independent scientists, in contrast to a policy-driven scientific project, such as the Human Genome Project, with goals clearly set at its inception and with work performed by a huge collaboration throughout the world. As more zinc finger proteins were discovered, several subfamilies, such as C2C2, CCHC, CCCH, LIM, RING, TAZ, and FYVE emerged, increasing our understanding of zinc fingers. The knowledge was overwhelming. Moreover, scientists began defining the term "zinc finger" differently and using various names for identical zinc fingers.
