This volume contains the proceedings of the last ERCIM “User Interfaces for All” Workshop. The work of the ERCIM WG UI4ALL led in 2001 to the establishment of the - ternational Conference on Universal Access in Human–Computer Interaction 3 (UAHCI) , which takes place in the context of the HCI International Conference se- 4 ries . UAHCI has established an international forum for the dissemination and - change of scientific information on theoretical, methodological and empirical research that addresses all issues related to the attainment of universal access in the devel- ment of interactive software, attracting participants from a broad range of disciplines and fields of expertise.
Trusting Agents for Trusting Electronic Societies; Theory and Applications in HCI and E-Commerce
Draws together carefully revised papers on trust, reputation, and security in agent society. Besides workshop papers, several contributions from leading researchers in this interdisciplinary field were solicited to complete coverage of all relevant topics. The 13 papers presented take into account issues from multiagent systems, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, game theory, and social and organizational science. Theoretical topics are addressed as well as applications in human-computer interaction and e-commerce.

The Impact of COVID-19 on the Spread of E-Services: Case Study in Damascus City
Investigates the relationship between COVID-19 and the spread of E-Services in Damascus city; it was based on deductive methodology that guided us to collect the primary data through distributing a questionnaire which based on Likert five scale. As well as, the sample was set from infinite population. To analyze data, we used correlation measurements in addition to two types of regression analysis (simple linear regression, Stepwise regression); plus, the researchers tested the power of the relation between COVID-19 and the spread of E-services by involving the demographic variables as moderator variables.

Cnstitutes the thoroughly refereed post-proceedings of the 6th International Workshop on Technologies for E-Services held in September 2005.The nine revised full papers presented together with one keynote article were carefully reviewed and selected from forty submissions for inclusion in the book. As e-services become pervasive, e-service management will play a central role. The workshop's objective is to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners to present new developments and experience reports. The goal of the TES workshop is to identify the technical issues, models, and infrastructures that enable enterprises to provide e-services to other businesses and individual customers.

It featured the presen- tion of 12 regular papers, focused on major aspects of e-business solutions. In addition, the workshop invited 2 industrial speakers to share their vision, insight and experience with the audience. The workshop would not have been a success without help from so many people. It first discusses research concerning the nature of mathematical giftedness, including theoretical frameworks and methodologies that are helpful in identifying and/or creating mathematically gifted students, which is described in this section. It also focuses on research on and the development of mathematical talent and innovation in students, including connections between cognitive, social and affective aspects of mathematically gifted students. Exemplary teaching and learning practices, curricula and a variety of programs that contribute to the development of mathematical talent, gifts, and passion are described as well as the pedagogy and mathematics content suitable for educating pre-service and in-service teachers of mathematically gifted students.

Powerful Pedagogy: Self-Study of a Teacher Educator’s Practice is the outcome of the author’s systematically questioning her assumptions about teaching and, in various ways, gives voice to the many individuals who have had an impact on the development of the author’s pedagogy as a mathematics teacher educator. Using self-study as both a lens and a methodology to research her practice over the past three years, the author examines the impact of reflection and reflective practice in pre-service teacher education; voice, silence and that which remains "unsaid"; the ways in which teacher identities emerge and develop, and the role of authority and power in learning about teaching.

Games and Simulations in Teacher Education
Includes more than twenty computer games and simulations for use in teacher training. Each of these simulations is innovative and presents an opportunity for pre-service teachers to have hands-on experience in an area of need prior to teaching in the classroom. Information on the simulation origins, including theoretical underpinnings, goals, characteristics, relevant research/program evaluation results, discussion of benefits and limitations as well as dissemination, recommended use, scope of practice, etc. of each game or simulation are included. Pre-service and new teachers will gain a number of useful skills through completion of these simulations and higher education faculty and administrators will gain a plethora of research-based and effective training tools for use in their teacher training programs.

Developing secure auto-scaling military postponement e-service in Syria
This study is about developing a secure, autoscaling military postponement e-service in Syria, that allows Syrian citizens to conveniently access services provided by the Syrian Recruitment Department conveniently through their smartphones. Currently, many Syrian citizens need to use the services offered by the Recruitment Department, resulting in overcrowding in a single location for similar purposes. This situation places a significant burden on both citizens and the government. The mobile application will facilitate various services such as enlistment and postponing military service by employing a well-designed software architecture that ensures scalability and efficient distribution of these services.
