This computer science project utilizes fine-tuned GPT-2, TF-IDF, and cosine similarity to recommend online courses based on user profiles aimed to help them increase their educational attainment and development in several fields, in addition to helping school students to repair the deficiency in various subjects. It covers school-level and college-level courses and enables users to enroll in suggested courses. The system analyzes skills, major, and age to generate personalized recommendations. TF-IDF and cosine similarity improve course matching. It caters to students and graduates, fostering continuous education and skill development. It simplifies the enrollment process for recommended courses.

Finding the right balance between these objectives is a critical question that will determine business success in the years to come. Our second theme, “production of software with a dynamic partnership n- work” highlights the current trend of using partnerships and subcontractors as integral players in the software development process. Partnerships sometimes need to be created quickly to respond to a market opportunity, yet the costs and speed of cooperation must be competitive.

Socioeconomic and Environmental Implications of Agricultural Residue Burning : A Case Study of Punjab, India
Discusses the important issue of the socioeconomic and environmental impacts of agricultural residue burning, common in agricultural practices in many parts of the world. In particular, it focuses on the pollution caused by rice residue burning using primary survey data from Punjab, India. It discusses emerging solutions to agricultural waste burning that are cost-effective in terms of both money and time. The burning of agricultural residue causes severe pollution in land, water and air and contributes to increased ozone levels and climate change in the long term. However, appropriate assessments have not been undertaken so far to demonstrate the relevant impact of agriculture-based pollution, especially residue burning. This book addresses this gap in the literature.

Cross-sector coordination of policies and policy instruments is needed to avoid potentially adverse effects upon society and the economy, which may hamper the energy transition rather than accelerate it.
