Hermeneutics and Hindu Thought : Toward a Fusion of Horizons
The emergence of Hinduism as a field of study in the Western academia coincides with the development of modern hermeneutics. Despite this coemergence, and the rich possibilities inherent in a dialectical encounter between the theories of modern and pre-modern hermeneutics and those of Hindu hermeneutical traditions, this potential has not been tapped within the boundaries of religious studies. This volume sets out to initiate such an interface.Some essays in this volume, such as those by Shrinivas Tilak, Sharada Sugirtharajah, and Purushottama Bilimoria examine the impact of Western hermeneutics on the Indian religious landscape.
Hedonic Methods in Housing Markets : Pricing Environmental Amenities and Segregation
Cities are growing worldwide and their sprawl is increasingly challenged for its pressure on open spaces and environmental quality. Economic arguments can help to decide about the trade-off between preserving environmental quality and developing housing and business surfaces, provided the benefits of environmental quality are adequately quantified. To this end, this book focuses on the use and advancement of the "hedonic approach", an economic valuation technique that analyses and quantifies the sources of rent and property price differentials. Starting from theoretical foundations, the hedonic approach is applied to the valuation of natural land use preservation and noise abatement measures, as well as to residential segregation and discrimination, extending the analysis to the role of the buyers' and sellers' identity on housing market prices and to the issue of environmental justice.

Our project aims to aid deaf-mute people by tracking hand movements of the deaf-mute person for word level American Sign Language using WLASL model that include 2D CNN -3D CNN and RNN networks training on WLASL large video dataset, then generating the corresponding text and analyzing the person's facial gestures to generate information related to the tone of voice that is most appropriate to the person's age, gender, and race through MTCNN network algorithm that training on generated dataset by us depending on blending VOXCELEB dataset and VGGFACE dataset .
Health research in developing countries : A collaboration between Burkina Faso and Germany
Health research in developing countries has many facets. On one side, malaria and AIDS as main causes of morbidity and mortality are a focus for clinical and epidemiological studies. On the other side, the need for improving the health care system in general cannot be overestimated. The book offers a survey of current and important topics of health research in developing countries. Special emphasis is placed to show that cooperation of different health research areas if of highest importance in future. In addition the CRSN (Burkina Faso) - University of Heidelberg collaboration is given as a model that allows high class research in remote areas of any developing country. An absolutely must for all who are working in clinical, epidemiological and health systems research for and in developing countries.

Hardware Verification with SystemVerilog : An Object-Oriented Framework
Verification is increasingly complex, and SystemVerilog is one of the languages that the verification community is turning to. However, no language by itself can guarantee success without proper techniques. Object-oriented programming (OOP), with its focus on managing complexity, is ideally suited to this task. With this handbook—the first to focus on applying OOP to SystemVerilog—we’ll show how to manage complexity by using layers of abstraction and base classes. By adapting these techniques, you will write more "reasonable" code, and build efficient and reusable verification components. Hardware Verification with C++ : A Practitioner’s Handbook
