Honoring the winners of university chess championship

Chess championship was completed on 15/3/2016 in Aljalaa stadium ( the temporary place of Information Technology and Telecommunication and the Directorate of Student Affairs). 16 students have participated in all of the colleges, and in the presence of vice president for quality, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Fayez Kiwan,  chairman and members of the university branch of the National Union of Syrian Students and a number of students.

The results were as follow: George Fahd Abu Nasr,a student from the College of Business Administration, won the first place while Ibrahim Mohammed al-Hamwi,a student of the Faculty of Civil Engineering won the second place. Mohammed Khaled HouraniAsaad, a student of the Faculty of Information Technology and Telecommunications won the third place.

 At the end of the games, the winners were honored and the university team was formed.
