Handing over certificates for project training courses, within the activities of FREE, Empowerment of Female Academics, Equality and Sustainability in the South Mediterranean Region

Within the activities of the Women’s Academic Empowerment, Equality and Sustainability Project in the Universities of the Mediterranean Region, towards the achievement of the 2030-FREE Agenda, funded by the Erasmus + Program, and to celebrate the International Women's Month, the Arab International University held an event to deliver certificates of attendance for online training courses, in the University Council Hall On Tuesday 9 March 2021.
Prof. Dr. Tamer Al-Hujjah, President of the Arab International University, explained the importance of the project and the university's support for empowering academic women to reach senior management positions. This event was punctuated by an explanation from d. Seren Aldalati is the project general coordinator on the outputs, results achieved, and upcoming work packages. And Dr. Hala Al-Shash, Director of the Directorate of Human Resources, the importance of the role of human resources in consecrating the role of academic women at the university and encouraging the staff to provide support for this role and the arrival of qualified academies in the university to important administrative positions. And Dr. Rana Odeima, Head of the University Requirements Department, on the team’s role in achieving important outputs, including the achievements of the five training courses that were the training material, and the reasons for the team’s success. Attendance certificates were delivered to the trainees and trainees in a distinctive interactive atmosphere.
