Students of the Faculty of Law Field Visit

The students of the Faculty of Law at the Arab International University under the supervision of Dr. Yousef Rifai and Dr. Sawsan Al-Bitar visited the Palace of Justice in Damascus and its Countryside in the program of practical activities and field visits.
The students visited the Attorney General's office in the Damascus Countryside, where he answered their questions after giving a detailed explanation of his work and the work of the Public Prosecution. After the students toured the justice halls, they went to the judicial palace in Damascus where they watched a case of confirming the death of a missing and the court heard witnesses to the case.
They also visited the office of the first forensic judge in Damascus and were able to know the jurisdiction of the first Shari'a judge was on the ground.
In the court of beginning of penalty No:11 in Damascus, Judge Khuloud Al-Hamawi explained to students the criminal action. After that, the students entered the courtroom of the First Criminal Court in Damascus and learned about the mechanism of the trial process in this court.
