Ola Mamoun Shqeir
An architect with a degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master’s in Urban Engineering and Sustainable Urban Development from the Higher Institute of Regional Planning. She possesses extensive academic and professional experience in the fields of architectural design, urban planning, and landscape architecture.
She currently serves as a faculty member at the College of Architectural Engineering at the Arab International University, where she teaches courses in architectural design, urban planning, and landscape architecture. Previously, she worked at the Public Company for Engineering Studies – Urban Planning Directorate, where she managed major regulatory projects in Damascus, including the preparation of executive documentation for infrastructure and alternative housing models in Basilia City, as well as evaluating the regulatory plan for the city of Deir ez-Zor.
She has also previously worked with Katranji Group, contributing to the preparation of executive documentation for industrial plants in Syria, including a cement plant and an ice cube factory.
She is proficient in a wide range of engineering and design software, including: AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, GIS, as well as Adobe software specialized in architectural design and visualization.
