Eng. Fatima Al-Jarb
An architect and academic with over ten years of academic and professional experience in the fields of architectural design, interior design, and university teaching. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the College of Architectural Engineering – Arab International University since 2024, after holding several academic positions at both Damascus University and the Arab International University since 2014.
She holds a Master’s degree in Architectural Design from Damascus University, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the same university. She has a published research paper in the Damascus University Journal of Engineering Sciences titled: "Evaluating the Experience of Residential Building Modeling in Syria – A Case Study of Adra Workers' City."
With professional experience in architectural and interior design through her work as a freelance designer, she has also participated in volunteer work with the Two Twenty-Two Architectural Group, where she served as a board member and contributed to the preparation and translation of architectural articles.
She is proficient in using architectural design, modeling, and rendering software, possesses skills in project management and economic studies, and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
She is skilled in using architectural design software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering software like Artlantis, and has expertise in preparing economic feasibility studies and project scheduling using MS Project.
