Dr. Saleh Al Kurdi
A university professor specializing in Pediatric Dentistry, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, as well as a Master’s and a PhD in Pediatric Dentistry from Damascus University, in addition to the Syrian Board in Pediatric Dentistry. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics at the Arab International University (AIU) and holds the positions of Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs and Director of the Dental Clinics Department.
His scientific research focuses on improving materials used in pediatric dental treatments (such as Portland Cement and Sodium Hypochlorite) and studying their mechanical, antimicrobial, and biological properties. He has numerous published researches as a lead author in local and international peer-reviewed journals and supervises Master’s and PhD theses.
He possesses extensive clinical experience since 2013, having worked as a general dentist and a pediatric dentistry specialist in several centers and clinics within and outside Syria, including Dummar Medical Center and Al-Arabi Dental Center in Qatar. He is distinguished by his expertise in treating children under general anesthesia and sedation, as well as providing care for patients with special needs.
