Circular – Submission for the Make-up Exam

Dear Students:
We would like to remind our students of that they have to take the regular exams on time instead of delaying them to the make-up exams except in the permissible cases. Students should submit for the make-up exam in writing, stating the legitimate reasons of doing so. This procedure will be helpful to secure make-up exam requirements, to know the actual number of students, and to avoid fining those who have not submitted a written request.
