Dr. Ahmad Bassel Alkheshi
Bachelor degree in Informatics and Communications Engineering - Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology- Syria 
Continued his studies in France and received a master's degree and then a doctorate in communication protocols from the University of Paris VI in .
Researcher and lecturer in many universities and institutes (Orsay University Paris, Informatics and Communication Engineering faculty "Damascus University", Higher Institute of Business Administration).
Besides that, he held several professional administrative positions such as Deputy Minister of Communications & Technology, head of the executive team of the Syrian e-government initiative [2010-2015], head of the advisory group for the Higher Committee for Digital Transformation , dean of the Faculty of Informatics and Communications Engineering (Yarmouk University), chairman and board member of many ministries, companies, associations and committees, in addition to being one of the founders of the Faculty of Informatics Engineering at Damascus University.
He has also experiences in managing international projects such as: "Development of the Legislative and Judicial System in Syria POGAR" with the United Nations Development Program [2002-2003], ISMF “Institutional and Sectors Modernization Facilities” with the European Union [2004-2008].
Then he worked at the Arab International Private University in 2021 and held the position of The Vice President for Scientific Affairs and a lecturer in the faculty of Informatics and Communications Engineering.
He has published many scientific researches, published in local and international journals, and participated in many local, regional and international scientific conferences and seminars.
