Ph. Mirfat Murad
She possesses extensive experience spanning more than twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry, drug control, and pharmaceutical chemistry, alongside a long academic career in practical and theoretical teaching at several Syrian universities. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Aleppo, followed by a Master’s degree in Drug Control from the same university, and is currently a PhD researcher at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Damascus University.
She has held significant positions in the pharmaceutical industry sector, including:

Head of the Oral Liquid Dosage Forms Department at Kimi Pharmaceutical Industries – Aleppo.

Head of the Oral Solid Dosage Forms Department at Asia Pharmaceutical Industries – Aleppo.

Head of the Drug Registration Department at Asia Pharmaceutical Industries – Aleppo. She also worked as a pharmacist in quality control laboratories at leading pharmaceutical companies.
In the academic field, she has vast teaching experience in courses such as pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutics, drug control, general chemistry, and pharmaceutical synthesis at the University of Aleppo, Damascus University, and the Faculties of Pharmacy and Dentistry at the Arab International University.
Her research activity focuses on drug stability, development of pharmaceutical formulas, and advanced analytical methods. She has several research papers published in peer-reviewed journals regarding the stability of poorly soluble drugs, the development of stability-indicating analytical methods, and the study of critical properties of pharmaceutical materials
